It is winter here in New England so I haven't worn them in the garden but I have worn them quite a bit around the house and am very happy with them. The tread on the bottom is great. Before I received them I wondered if the tread might hold the dirt, but as you can see in the picture (the dime is for scale) it is wide enough so that the dirt/mud will likely just fall out, or be hosed out easily.I was a little concerned about a few of the reviews that said that the heel on this item was low and that their heels slipped out. While it is just a little low, I am not experiencing that issue but I suppose it might depend on your foot. I usually wear a size 7 and that is what I ordered, they fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear. I have a high instep (the top of my foot) but this shoe doesn't cause any problems with that.I have some issues with my feet so I wanted to be sure they would work for me, they do! If there was one thing I wish they had it would be more arch support, they don't really offer any, I could see that being an issue if worn all day. I can see me wearing them both in the yard and around town, especially in wetter weather.I bought the Midsummer Black Print and I like the design. As others have said the pattern varies depending on how the material is cut, mine have more red on the forefoot than the one shown in the product page. They are shiny, I wondered it they might look cheap or tacky, I don't think they do.All in all I am very happy with this purchase.

These garden shoes are really cute and very comfortable! Lots of compliments. I wear them everywhere! Fits true to size .

I have found these low-cut Sloggers surprisingly comfortable and perfect for muddy walks and for wear on rainy days. They wash off well under the tap and are perfectly waterproof.The only thing I don't like so much is that if I intend to wear them all day, I get a very sore spot on the boney top of my foot because they aren't designed well for wearers with a high arch and high instep so the band of the shoe presses too hard on the top of my foot.

Good garden shoes. Keeps your feet dry, comfortable to wear. Slip o and off easily. If you need arch supports you can slip them in. My last pair were not such shiny plastic looking. I think I made a mistake in ordering. My last pair (same floral pattern) were much more matte finish, I didn't see or notice there must be a choice for a flat looking finish in this same print pattern. At any rate I purchased them to walk around on the grass and the garden and still have dry feet at the end of the day and they are great for that.

I walk out in the grass when I leave the house to do work around the farm. These are great rain shoes. They aren't heavy and clunky like most rain boots. You don't ruin your regular shoes if you wear these. I've tried all kinds. Of course, if you are plodding around in the cattle pens, you need something with a higher top to avoid mud cascading into your shoes. And, the soles aren't thick enough to stop nails or sharp objects from puncturing through. But, for general sloppy or even damp morning grass, these are so comfortable, you'll want several pair. And, the flowered designs are fun to wear. If you forget and wear them into town, you can clean the mud and grass off and they will pass for in town walking. Highly recommended.

These shoes are terrific in the garden as well as going to town on a rainy day. I have several pairs, and enjoy these shoes!

I usually wear a 6 1/2, but for gardening shoes I like to order up a half size, because I garden in winter too, so I can wear woolen socks.I wore these all day, and had woolen socks on. It must be said that these shoes don't make your feet smell like Gouda/ plastic/ rubber.They are very comfortable, they have a thick in-sole.I have bought other brands before, but they were hard under my feet and they made my feet smell like something out of a sci-fi movie.As a very avid gardener, I totally recommend these. My feet didn't hurt at the end of a long day in the garden, they are completely waterproof, they come off easily, they have great tracking for muddy land.They stay on your feet and don't slip off.If you have to get inside and outside quite often, these are the way to go, as boots are harder to kick off in under a second.And for this price, I wouldn't hesitate either!

They are very attractive, comfortable and waterproof. Only drawback is the tread. It's very deep and picks up mud and debris which falls out once dry. Wish the tread wasn't quite so deep. I garden in all kinds of weather and they do clog up with mud.

Ordered on April 20th, and arrived on April 25th--much sooner than expected! These are super cute, exactly as described and appear to be of excellent quality. I bought them for gardening, but they are comfortable enough that I wouldn't hesitate to wear them for a walk in the rain, or even on the beach. I've been wearing them for cooking all morning (I'm a messy cook, so it's nice to have shoes you can easily wipe off). If you have a Prime Membership, the shipping is free, which makes them a great bargain compared to buying them directly from the Sloggers site (which charges a ridiculous $47.00US to ship to Canada).

Bought these as a boot alternative for rainy Vancouver walks to work. Just might get more given how perfect they are for that.
