macha Huitlacoche 32 Oz in a Jar Fresh Corn Mushrooms corn truffle

I've wanted to try huitlacoche for a while now, so I was glad to see it was available on Amazon.I've never had it before so I don't have anything to compare this specific brand to, but I can say this stuff is delicious. It's a bit pricey, but it seems to be fairly expensive everywhere on the internet. I can definitely recommend this brand to anyone interested in giving this stuff a try.The jar has jalapenos and onions mixed in with the huitlacoche which makes it perfectly spiced.I made a huitlacoche quesadilla using a recipe on Macha's website. Basically, you just heat up some huitlacoche in a pan until a lot of the liquid evaporates, then scoop it into quesadillas along with some cheese and cook how you normally would cook a quesadilla.I've recommended this brand to a couple of my friends and family - I don't think you'll regret giving huitlacoche a try!

This isnsuper good. I have never had it before. I love putting it on my tacos. Everyone said fresh tastes better but this will be a staple for me year round

Had the real thing in Mexico at a high-end restaurant. Wasn't what I expected taste wise.

Jar arrived with seal broken. And leaking all over box. .. very disappointed

My brother had cancer and I only wish I could have found this earlier. Great product.

Used it to make vegan tamales. It was perfect.

Should have known by the cost and the amount you offer that it would be horrible. Requested refund! Not good!
