Years later we are on these tabs. Are they good? Are the ingredients correct for what I need? I don't know.... I do know where we are is now classified as being a drought zone. The water company has asked us to control water use. So, it seems like a nice dry hot summer. I have taken these with the nighttime tablets on the weekends. I have not had wrecked legs or any type of cramping, or anything feeling close to cramping. So in that regard, they seem good.

I have taken these for a few years, whilst doing phases of keto dieting and just to assist with my general hydration and electrolyte balance....and there is a noticeable benefit. The pills themselves are a bit larger but the taste is okay compared to some, very neutral. The size of the pills was okay for me and they are easy to swallow in my view. Tablets arrived on time through Prime. They are quite big so have to cut in half to swallow. Don't know if they do what they promise as they have only just arrived.

I use these religiously after running in hot weather. They work well but the pills are very large! This isn’t an issue for me but if you struggle to swallow pills you might have difficulty with these

They give a good balance of electrolytes without having to drink a concoction and while providing value for money. They are large tablets (think vitamin size) but somehow I find them easy to swallow, others may not. If tablet size doesnt phase you then these will save you lots of money vs electrolyte blends.
