Total waste of money
Cheaply made parts. Totally worthless. Didn't work on my watches. Total waste of money

Nice item.
I saved the cost of the kit after changing two batteries and a watch band. It was worth the money!

Excellent kit!
Excellent kit for doing basic watch maintenance, like changing batteries, adjusting links on metal bands, etc. I was nervous about opening the back of a watch, but after watching a couple of YouTube teaching videos, I dove in, and the water's fine (so far). This is an inexpensive kit, but the quality of the tools seems quite good, and the kit itself is well-organized. There are no instructions or guidance on how to use any of the tools, but YouTube is a great resource for this, and some of it is intuitive and obvious. If you're a beginner, I suggest starting on a couple of discarded watches, just to get your confidence up. Then pop open your Rolex. Just kidding.

Watch Repair Kit Is Not Very Durable
The price of the tool set is about right for the quality of this product. I replaced batteries in two watches and I do not expect it to last much longer. At first, the adjustable watch case wrench would not adjust until I loosened the screws slightly. One of the case pins kept falling out of the wrench until I wrapped a piece of a sticky post-it note around the pin and forced into the pin retainer. The aluminum watch band link remover bent while opening the first watch band. It's constructed of very low strength metal and I don't see it being able to withstand many usages. If you were planning on working on a number of watches, I would recommend you spending a bit more on the tools. This is not a toolset you could lend to family or friends and expect it to come back in usable condition.

Hassle free returns!
Most of these inexpensive watch repair kits are the same. They are cheap for a reason. They appear used and don't work with every watch. 2 stars because I was able to return this purchase without hassle.

Good set of tools for the price
So, a set of professional watch tools can cost upwards of 1k dollars and this set costs less than 20. I have already used most of the tools and although the quality is marginal, they are very functional. I have been able to adjust my stainless steel watch band and resize it to the desired length very easily. This makes me feel like an idiot for paying someone else to do this for me in the past. If you want to be able to remove bands and batteries yourself, as well as other minor repairs; this is the tool kit you are looking for. Just beware the jaxa wrench case back opener is a little bit too small to easily open the bigger watches, I recommend purchasing the "SE watch crab tool" to go along with this kit.

people who need a little kit like this for $15 bucks ARE
I bought this so I would add/remove links without having to pay a jeweler $25 dollars, so this has already paid for itself. The next step is changing out watch batteries, which I'm confident I'll be able to do. As others have noted, these aren't professional grade tools - they are strictly amateur, but you know what?? That's what we, people who need a little kit like this for $15 bucks ARE. So, it's OK. The quality is fine for minor things, and personally, I like it a lot, and would buy it again. One little piece was floating around by itself, so I pulled out a little baggie, added in all the watch links I have/removed and stored them in the little case. Done. Great. Thank you, Amazon :-)

Ok set of tools, but could use some improvement
The pin extractor doesn't line up very easily and bent on my first attempt to size my watch. Fortunately I was able to use the punch block and punches to finish the job. Most of the tools seem of decent quality. Even the pin extractor is good quality material, but doesn't seem to be aligned well.
