Amaretto Bay Soy Wax Scented Candles 16oz Aromatherapy Travel Tin (Rose Petals)

Plumeria candle lasts a long time and smells great! One of the better candles for the length of time it burns and the strength of the smell. The only complaint is that the wicks spark each time you light them and little black ash (I guess is what you would call it) lands on the surface around the candle. I didn't notice that at first until I ran my hand over the counter and smudged small black lines that had to be cleaned up with soap and water or a lysol wipe.19 Oct 16 updateI wasn't cutting the wick enough. Once I started trimming it shorter before lighting, no more sparking and ashing.

I'm a guy so I don't burn florals much, but on days when I feel like being in Hawaii, this is one of the candles I use. Floral scents are tricky to get right, so I am very impressed with this candle. I knocked off a star because:a) Metal tin.b) Two wick system means uneven burn. When will these candle makers learn that you need an odd number of wicks for a candle to burn evenly?c) Top too wide for a candle topper. Not a big problem as I'm going to start making my own.

Was looking for a raspberry scented candle and decided to purchase this one. I personally feel that it smells wonderful and when I first removed the tin from its box and opened the lid, I could smell the scent even before lighting the wick. It's a pleasant scent and for those like myself who like raspberry scented products, this would be a good choice, as the smell is not overly sweet, overpowering or fake. This is my first soy wax based candle and it does appear that the wax burns a little faster than paraffin based waxes, but nothing so drastic that it's going to be an issue. However, I do only light this candle once or twice a week and not for too long, so someone who lights this more often and for longer periods of time may have a different opinion. I haven't purchased the other scents so I can't comment on those, but I like and recommend the black raspberry vanilla scented one.

I bought this candle because of the natural way it is made. Many colognes, perfumes, incense, and other fragrance products give me headaches. So far, the candle I purchased, Lemongrass Sage, has not caused me one, which is a huge plus for me. The wax burns evenly, with a full wax pool going all the way around on first burn and each subsequent burns that I have done. The smell is a nice soft smell the gives my home a nice scent. While Lemongrass Sage may not be my ideal scent for the house, it definitely inspires me to try out some of the others! I love this candle.

WE burned it few times and noticed lot of smoke everytime but one day halfway full it caught a big flame. Thank God we were home and rushed it to the backyard to put the flame out.

Smells great

I ordered Lavender and the scent is amazing. I usually burn it in the morning for an hour or so and the scent lasts for hours. I burn it every day and there is only about 1/2 inch of wax used. I expect it will last at least another month. Highly recommend these candles!!!
