Yunteng VCT-288 Photography 58-inch Monopod with Fluid Pan Head Quick Release Plate for Canon Nikon Sony DSLR Cameras

This is a very versatile monopod and if great value for money. I had bought it for filming with a cellphone and for that it is great. However if you load a DSLR or similar the locks on the legs may slide down under the weight. Mine does that. It would probably also be too unstable for a large camera. Also, it isn't very tall. But if you want a cheap monopod with feet and are only planning on using a light camera it will probably suit you just fine. I will still be using mine.

I was leery of this item at first. But, now that I have it, it's my favorite go-to item for shooting on the fly! It's better than a mono-pod and lighter & more compact than a tri-pod! Perfect for nearly everything. I do a great deal of macro shots and this has some in very handy. I no longer carry a tri-pod with me. My only complaint with this (and all other mono and tri pods out there) is the way it attaches to the camera. I wish there was a universal attachment so I could use the same one between all my mono's and tri's. All in all, a great buy! By the way, it will **NOT** support your camera on it's own, as some people claim. You **MUST** hold on to it!

the only issue is the balance, the 3 lgs to short

It works but not the most stable stand. However, at this price, think it is ok.

Love this product it's a must have if you like taking pictures, easy and lightweight to carry around. Great quality worth the price.

The quick release plare broke..

I find the height just right for table top photography and the smooth pan and tilt action more than justifies the price.I will buy two lots of the quick release plates to allow my other cameras to be used.I wanted to use my right hand to press the camera shutter button, so placed the swivel handle to the left for that hand.The knobs to tighten the pan and tilt action are used to hold my cablesCan I purchase two quick release plates through you now.

Demasiado contento con este monopie, en verdad una gran inversión, único pequeño problema es la altura, no es demasiado alto y tengo que estar algo agachado para ver la pantalla de la cámara.Por lo demás bastante bueno, lo he dejado solo con la cámara montada y un rokinon 14mm, (un lente considerablemente pesado) y sin problemas se queda y no se cae.

Es un buen artículo, relación calidad precio adecuada, fácil de usar, estable, y cómodo.
