great panties. I have a big butt and thighs. they don't ride up, leaves room in crotch. tmi? maybe. but someone needs to hear this.

I normally get all-cotton panties in this style, so when I saw these 95% cotton ones much cheaper than the name brand ones I usually get, I thought they'd be worth a try. My first impression was that, although they are soft, they don't feel like cotton at all. They're much stretchier. That's not necessarily a down side, and they're quite comfortable to wear without riding up. However, if you wear them with pantiliners, pads, etc., the adhesive will NOT stick to this fabric. The crotch area is the same slick, stretchy fabric as the rest of the panty. For that reason, I wouldn't purchase them again, but I'll continue to wear this set. One other small issue is that the "tagless" label in the back is bulky enough that you can feel it on the outside. I'm concerned that it may start peeling off in the wash and become uncomfortable.

Finally! A pair of unmentionables comparable to Victoria's Secret! I included some pictures for comparison. My size XL, rather faded, VS high leg briefs (black with white dots) versus the new Amazon Essentials brief in an XXL (grey dot). The AEs are obviously a size larger (yay for baby weight 🤦) and have a slightly more narrow waist band, but in all other ways (fabric weight, fabric stretch, cut, quality, appearance, etc) are identical to my VS! I've not yet washed them, but I'm not worried about shrinkage after reading several other reviews. And these are half the price of VS. HUZZAH!!

Basic and without embellishments, these high-cut briefs are made from 95 percent cotton and 5 percent elastane for breathability and stretch. Very comfortable to wear, the construction eliminates bunching or riding up and they are tag-less. The fabric is finely woven and very soft. Appealing in its simplicity the undergarment is finished with delicate 1/4 inch hems at the leg holes and waistline.Fabric care is reasonably non-fussy. Machine wash warm with like colors on delicate cycle and tumble dry low heat. No iron or bleach. I am usually between a medium and large but because of the cotton content I went up a size in the event of significant shrinkage but that was not necessary.After laundering, they looked as good as when I put them in the wash and shrinkage was minimal with 3/8 inch in length and 1/4 inch in height. Sizing is correct and since shrinkage is not an issue, next time I would select my usual size.The basic assortment is made up of neutral colors and includes black and white horizontal stripe, black, grey, beige and two pairs of white. Very compact, so besides usual daily use they would be excellent to pack when traveling. If necessary, they could be hand washed easily drying overnight. Modestly priced, functional and subtly feminine.

Cotton stretch undies with tape elastic are weirdly hard to find anymore (at least in my size), but these fit the bill nicely. Usually I wear a 9 o 10 in underwear so I bought these in an XXL (I am "plus size" usually wearing a size 20 in pants and dresses) Great generous cut, with the perfect rise, full coverage back and a just right cut leg. Took off one star because while the fabric is soft and comfortable it is a bit on the thin size, which honestly isn't unexpected. Might order these in the basic colors too if the multi print pack holds up over the next few months. I will say, the blue stripey ones are a little on the cheap looking side, but the rest are cute. Beware, the coral ones are very bright (edging towards neon) peachy orange coral, not the muted sort of dusky coral in the photos. The rest are accurate colors.

I was pleasantly surprised by these undies. Often when I buy high leg briefs, they either fit too high or too low on the waist, or too large in the rear. I no longer even try to buy Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, or any other multi-pack undies typically found in stores, because the fit is always terrible. I thought I was doomed to buy overpriced Victoria's Secret briefs forever, since they are some of the only ones I've ever found that fit me properly. I feel like I am neither short or long waisted, so I don't understand why there are so many fit issues with what should be basic undies. These fit perfectly, though! They reach just underneath my belly button, so I wouldn't call them granny panties, but they aren't bikinis, either. These are how high leg briefs should always fit, in much opinion. I didn't notice any shrinkage at all when washed in cold water and dried on low heat. They are holding up very well so far and appear to be very good quality. No issues with wedgies or sliding around, either. Very comfortable!I wear a size 14 in pants, and ordered size XL. I'm sure they could also fit a size 16, as I'm currently 4 months pregnant and they still fit great.

These are the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned. The material is so soft and thin (not too thin though!) Some of the seams are decently crooked on a few pairs so it makes the garment slide out place a bit but not too bad to be annoying. I recommend these to any (and all) of my mom friends or clients that need something high waisted, secure, and comfortable. If I could get rid of all my undies except these (and a few sexy pairs, cuz..ya know, gotta keep the spark alive) I totally would. Buy these. You won't be disappointed if you like high waisted underpants!

These are seriously a surprise to me. I was expecting low quality, but I was surprised to find how well these are made. Shipping was fast. These are not see-through, and made of durable material. I am very very happy with my purchase and will buy more later on. I am a size 14 in jeans, 5'11 210lbs and ordered XL

These are ok-ish. I found the crotch area a bit too narrow. (See photo) In one of the photos I put a panty liner beside the crotch for perspective (Always Panty Liner Extra Long)As you can see the liner is wider than the fabric requiring the liner edges to be folded. Not really comfy.The fabric is thin and the elastic thin as well. I found the ‘waist’ elastic wouldn’t hold so the top would slump down after time - but that could be body type specific. I would not recommend nor repurchase these.

Who doesn't love a great fitting pair of pants? - there are so many types, styles, brands nowadays and no two are the same - But i've been looking for a basic but great pair for years and finally I've struck gold!I don't go for fancy really. I used to buy M&S bikini style but the price has drifted upwards whilst the quality has went downhill, so one night I googled best fitting ladies underwear and the first hit was a top 8, and these were at the top of the list! when I clicked the link it took me to AMAZON.COM as opposed to UK and there was shipping issues etc so I searched on UK site for the Basics and here they were!Info to note:it says they run large on the items description however a previous review I read said they didn't so I opted for my standard size and I can confidently say, that I'd again buy them in my normal size! they are very soft (95% cotton) and cmfy, good general stretch, waist band is thin and good fit, no annoying labels andgenerally i'm delighted at the value for moneyI defo will be purchasing more and can now clear our my underwear drawer!

Absolutely thrilled its a 6 pack as these are seriously comfortable. As per another reviewer, always bought M & S but the last few sets literally fell apart in the washing machine. While I have yet to see how this set fares, judging by the feel and stitching and quality they will be fine. I am very very pleased with them, have always been trepidatious about online clothes shopping but have already bought a second set of 10 and starting to look at other clothing too. To sum up, off to a great start, long may it continue!

Great value knickers, well made and perfect fit. I'm a size 12 occasional 14 and ordered medium, which fit really well. The waist band doesn't roll down like so many others. Even with tight fitting trousers on they hold their shape and don't disappear up your bum!I move around a lot in my job so needed something comfy that didn't pinch and stayed in place, these fit the bill perfectly.
