Very Good storyline but very Bad reprint quality.

At the time of their peak selling and popularity, these comic books used to have the MRP of Rupees 32 for a 'Raj Comics Visheshank' or Raj Comics digest that had a bigger storyline and hence more pages, and a normal comic book that was priced at Rupees 16, at the book store or even less if one subscribed. I know this because I have a huge collection of Raj comics, especially of Doga and Naagraj and Parmanu.My growing up years were accompanied by these superheroes and one favorite antihero who was better than all of them put together - Sooraj also known as DOGA. The calligraphy and graphics along with character designing and illustrations need no mention since they were way ahead than other comic book publications, such as Diamond Comics. The stories were also created very neatly, keeping the reader interested till the end. Of course, since the target customers of these comics are children and adolescents an adult might find some character names and acts funny. For instance - Doga's uncles names : Adrak chacha, Dhania Chacha, Kali Mirch chacha 😁. Same with Naagraj and Parmanu's villains : Shakoora, doctor virus, Gunakar, so on and so forth.Nonetheless, these comics have nostalgic value for those who grew up reading them and those who had a regular subscription.Obviously now the youngsters have their video games and social media and internet at hand, so these comics have bowed out of the market and one doesn't see even the old issues getting sold generally at the book stores.I suppose this is the reason, that the publication knows now their customers are a very niche set of people looking to relive their childhood memories or looking to create a collection of these scarcely available comics that they are pricing it so absurdly.Just think - from Rupees 32 to 130, 140 rupees. Does it make sense to you? If yes, then enjoy.

RCSG has been doing a commendable job of bringing good quality reprints, but this one disappointed me. Born in blood is one of the best stories of Doga ever, and I was really looking forward to buy this one, but the quality seems pathetic. A creator should never trade their ethics and creativity for money. If you charge that much from your customers, please ensure that you are giving them their money's worth. Hopefully, this would get reprinted once more with better quality. Till then, so long.

The media could not be loaded.  Hello everyone,So I bought this new 2021 reprints and all books are looking over sharpening, too dark and overall pathetic experience as a reader.3rd book cut smaller in size. Defective copies being sold.I have confirmed this with other customers and everyone had same issues.Attaching comparison video.There is no replacement or even feedback portal.

This born in blood collection was the best. The comic's storyline was good and the reprints were awesome 👌. I even got the stickers and trading cards with the pack. Thank you raj comics for this doga set. Go for it !!
