Item as described. These are for a relative who has parkinsons disease and is deteriorating and now has to wear these at night. It's a heartbreaking process to have to watch someone you love go through. So basically, these are going some way to try and help keep some dignity at night times. Buying in bulk like this definitely saves money and the free shipping was a bonus. I believe that these should be free on the NHS for patients and will be looking into it, should they not be, I will re-order. But for now, the service was excellent. Communication fantastic, shipping super fast. A+++

I always buy these now as then I'm stocked up for a while with ordering 96 i.e 8 packets of 12 pants. The Delivery is Quick too ... Next Day.The ONLY PROBLEM I have hence 1 star knocked off the rating is sometimes the boxes come from Pl ( Poland) & sometimes they come from Nl ( Netherlands)... When they arrive and I see Pl on the box I shout Halelujah!!! I find the ones from Pl ( Poland) fit me the Best... The ones from Nl (Netherlands ) are ok but they seem to DG into my leg more... I guess the seller just gets the ones sent thru at the time that are in stock? So could be Nl or Pl xx

Product arrived very promptly (within 2 days). My relative who uses the product found them comfortable and very effective (fully absorbent). The price per pair of pants is considerably cheaper than buying them directly from the local shops. Good all-round produt - no complaints!
