It’s been a while
I haven’t done a coffee enema since 2021 and only because I had emergency life saving surgery on my bowel. And no it wasn’t the coffee enema why I needed the surgery but the surgeon did compliment me on how clean my bowel was after my surgery 🤣I originally started doing coffee enemas alongside doing a keto diet. I was a little over 30 stone and in the space of 3 years got my weight down to 17st 2lbs. Since my surgery the weight has just piled back on and doing the keto on its own has not yielded the same results. So I did my enema this morning and wow just wow, I’d forgotten how good afterwards you feel. Looking forward to doing my next one and getting back to losing weight again.The coffee smells and looks like previous coffee enemas I’ve used before but doesn’t require as much like the others to get the same results. I would highly recommend this 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No instructions!
Whilst the product appears to be of quality etc Unfortunately there are no instructions on how to mix it, or how much enima this pack makes. Therefore impossible to actually use without further information.

The numpties treating enema coffee as if it’s Nescafé need an education in how to do coffee enemas properlyJust boil a litre of distilled water with 2 - 3 tablespoons of enema coffee for 5 mins with lid offSimmer for 15 with lid onStrain the damn stuff once cooledTop up with waterChuck it in your enema kit and into your hepatic duct for 15 minutes while lying on your right hand sidePreferably on one of those nice heated pads from hereExpell and rinse with another litre or soDon’t worry if you can’t hold it just release and get back into position to let what’s still in there do somethingStop complaining about a product if you’re using it totally wrong 😂
