This is a great Ab wheel! It is very smooth. I have been using it for about a week and man you can feel this thing working. I like the space between the double wheel it feels more stable and helps me go to the side so I can work on my Oliques. Solid purchase I would recommend this product over the crappy golds gym ab wheel that broke on me. This ab wheel comes with a knee mat which i actually really like.great price!

Great Ab Wheel that works on carpet or hard floor. This is a premium ab wheel, I have used others at the gym and they are not as nice as this one. Because of the two wheels it works very well on carpeted surfaces. The handles are padded and comfortable. The knee pad that is send with the wheel is great for hard surfaces, saves the knee caps. Very sturdy and stable. Highly recommend this one!

I FINALLY got an Ab Wheel. This Premium Ab Wheel package came with a small foam knee pad which is a pleasant surprise since it is not shown in the product photos. The knee pad is very handy and helpful. The double wheel design makes this Ab Wheel more sturdy to roll on both carpet & hard floor. The soft foam on the 2 handles makes it more comfortable to use for a longer period of time.

This ab roller definitely gives you a workout. I can totally feel the difference in my stomach and lower back the next day. I love that it comes with a nice cushion for your needs so you are extra comfortable Nd the box it comes in is very professional looking. The handles have double soft foam so it doesn’t hurt my palms either. My 4 and 6 year old even take turns after me using it and we push each other to see who can do the most ab rolls!! Hahah. This is a GREAT ab wheel. I highly recommend as you can’t beat the quality for the price!

Really liking this ab wheel! It is solid and sturdy while putting your weight on it. The wheels roll smoothly on hard and soft surfaces. The padded handles are perfect for gripping and make using this ab wheel comfortable. It even came with a knee pad for additional comfort while using. Just what I expected. Compact and easy to use. I just used it the first time yesterday afternoon and I'm still waiting to see where I feel the burn later today. It not only worked my abs but arms and upper body too. I could also feel it around my back a little. Like I said, I'll have to wait to see how many areas are effected. Pretty cool and handy to hit so many areas all at one time. So far three family member s have used it and like it a lot!
