Vittoria Latex Tube 700x19/24 LV51 Presta Valve - PAIR (2 TUBES)

I have only used Vittoria Latex tubes for years / 1000's of miles. Only ever got one flat. Like everyone says, they ride better than butyl, and you have to add air every ride. These tubes weigh 69g each.

Easy to install. New type of valves compared to my few years old rubber inner tubes, requiring a new pump or a $2.99 adaptor. Looses air in a week. OK for a 60 mile bike ride.

Great tubes, they are light and roll smooth. Seem pretty durable too as I had not had any flats in almost a month (~10 rides), roughly 350 miles. However they lose pressure much faster than I anticipated! With butyl (normal) tubes I could go a whole week without adding pressure and even then it'd only be down 10-15 psi (I typically run 90-100psi). These latex ones you have to pump up EVERY ride... they lose about 40-50psi per week! Not a big deal I guess if you air up every ride but something to consider.

Horror stories of installing latex tubes is a little over blown, first timer and had no problems. The tubes make a noticeable difference for the better in the ride quality of my Cannondale

Best tubes on the market, the removable valve core allowed you to add a sealant which can drastically reduce flats on the road and helps the tube hold pressure much longer.

These are latex tubes. They behave differently than standard tubes and they require a little more care, but they save around 10 Watts of rolling resistance.Make sure to use teflon tape on your valve extenders

I like the feel and have them on all my race wheels. One did fail when the valve stem detached at the base.
