Wilson NBA Forge Series Indoor/Outdoor Basketballs

This is one of the greatest basketballs I’ve ever owned. I played basketball growing up and now I coach my son’s team. We used this ball for a whole year and it hasn’t leaked air once and the grip is in great condition still. We do use it only as an indoor ball, we have separate outdoor balls. My son’s team just outgrew the size 6’s and are now on to size 7. I just purchased 4 of the size 7’s for the new season. I highly recommend this ball!

This was a gift we gave for mainly outdoor usage in adult basketball. Has lasted well and was good quality. Bounces well on outdoor courts and retains air well.

Well known brand and another high quality item. Holds the air very well even in varied temperatures. Do not have to refill often when not used.

I am not a basketball junkie. I played maybe two or three seasons of rec basketball in my pre-teen years and sucked at it. But as I got older, just shooting around on the driveway became an easy way to get exercise and some cardio in. Up until I got this ball, I've only ever played with cheap $5 balls you'd get from a Five Below or something similar. They are lumpy, don't bounce consistently, and don't have the greatest grip. But I didn't know any better, so they worked just fine for me. Recently, I had some extra money lying around and decided to give this ball a shot to see if a much more expensive ball would be different from the balls I was used to. Spoiler alert: it is. Of course, I expected an expensive ball to be better than a cheap ball, but the quality difference between the two types of balls was far beyond my expectations. This Wilson NBA Forge basketball looks better, bounces better, and feels better. However, the thing that stands out to me the most is how easy this ball is to shoot. Compared to cheap balls, this ball actually goes where you expect it to go. This makes for consistent shooting and allows you to practice shooting and actually get better at it. Again, since I don't actually play basketball, I can't say much about how the ball handles (although it does feel great in my hand), but from a casual shoot-around perspective, it has been night and day. My expectations for what a basketball should be have been permanently raised and I will never be going back to a cheap ball ever again. I will note that my ball has been scratched up some by branches near my driveway (see picture). This obviously wouldn't be a problem if playing on an outdoor court or in a place without trees/shrubbery, and even with the scratches, I haven't felt much of a difference at all with how it handles, the ball is still fantastic.

It’s a basket ball. It bounces…. It’s round… it did not explode so that is a bonus.

Very nice basketball grip is relatively good, very easy to pump, the size is true to what i bought (size 7 basketball). The value for money is not the greatest as you can definitely get a cheaper one that does the same job. Durability yet to be tested but for now good. Overall, id honestly rate a 4.5 but it wont let me, still very amazing.
