Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Christmas Set

The DVD was in perfect condition, in its plastic cellophane wrapper, and it was played in High-Definition. It is very warm, inviting, and I do recommend this collection for those cooking enthusiast and Christmas lovers. Now, it also came with many recipe cards that coincide with recipes in DVD-- clever. They are laminated and are perfectly-fit snug inside DVD case, so take them out and use them or just store them until Christmas time. In closing, I am a big fan of Gordan Ramsay, so I will be purchasing more items like this one found online in nearing future; moreover, don't think twice about buying it, just do it because it has value and heritage. :-)

Like all things Ramsay - I loved this two-part Christmas special! Even if I never make any of the food that he presents (all of it looks delicious) there is just something so delectable about Ramsay himself, his charm, charisma, attention to detail, love of food, and the rest. This Christmas special also features his FAMILY -- so we finally get to see what the softer side of Ramsay looks like -- he's obviously an incredible father. All of the recipes are as delicious looking as the food he makes on all of his other television shows -- Christmas perfection!

I follow Chef Ramsay on TV but dislike his acrid comments and swearing on the show. This video of preparing special Christmas dinners at home for his family was a wonderful change and inspired me to try some of the recipes right away! It is a video that you will want to watch over and over. It is alot of fun and full of information and presented a warmer side of the Chef.Try it..you will really like it. Only downside..trying to convert the ingrediants from european to American. I winged it.Looking forward to more of these from him.

I am a Gordon Ramsay fan. I think that he is one of the top five most talented chefs on the planet. In this DVD he shows how to cook a Christmas dinner to die for. This is not a long DVD, but he covers how to cook everything that one would need to create a wonderful holiday menu. I also would like to mention that he didn't use the F word once in the entire DVD, which is a refreshing change. Laminated recipe cards are included. Well worth the money.

I absolutely love this man!! The fact that he shares his whole delicious Christmas dinner and family along with other recipesis so generous and sweet! These DVD's are so delightful, happy, energetic, loving, warm and will get you in the spirit!I am so grateful to Gordon Ramsay for sharing his gifts and immense passion for cooking and inspiring all of us to want tocookbetter!

Was very interesting. I wish that all the recipes had been covered on the card set, also the cards could have been fitted inside the DVD, but apart from that I enjoyed it very much.

This guy is the reason I have started to really get into learning to cook. The only negative comment I have is that sometimes the directions are not 100% crystal clear. I was able to guess and infer and it still turned out great.

I recorded this program on BBC America a few years ago but had to give it up when I needed to swap out my cable/DVR box. I'm a bit of an anglophile and love seeing the British holiday food traditions.

Having viewed the programs on BBC, it was a definite requirement to my many cookbook/DVD/Video collections. In this series Gordon has shown a family side to his nature (do not like the nightmare or F*** programs), and has beautiful recipes which differ from my own collection of Delia, E. David etc. Recommended.

Loved it. great companion to his book. Only drawback the cards included were not for the main dishes. Otherwise, this is a recommended buy for everyone's Christmas.

The step by step video and recipe cards make cooking this Christmas Dinner so easy even my wife who had never cooked a turkey before was able to do it and now will not cook a Christmas dinner any other way.

Just as I saw on TV. The recipe cards are a bonus.
