Great student Gi
I'm 6' 215lbs and ordered a 5. It fits well, gave it a little heat to shrink a tad. Very happy with the fit. Still has room and not sloppy looking or too tight.First the nitpicking:Its a bonus that it comes with a belt, but it'll most likely be too small as it doesn't hang very well as you see in the picture on the item.It is also incredibly comfortable and comfortable for your opponent to grab and begin to choke you lolIt isn't made out of 100% cotton so it can take more dryer time ( good or bad thing really ) but you cant shrink it too far down to fit you that much better. For the things I like...Price point is great, Its comfy, very sturdy too. Mine came with a white belt appropriately sized to the Gi you order. Doesn't matter if it fits as it traditionally should because no one stays a white belt for that long for it to become that annoying when it comes loose and you're tying up a small handled kimono place keeper. The pants are tough, they didn't seem to look as strong as my BJJ pants and there's only one draw string loop instead of 4. One loop made for quicker tying but I was worried it would come loose all the time - it was fine and stayed tight for the entire class. Over all the pants didn't bunch, slouch, rip or get too tight anywhere. They breathe and were great fitting. This maybe an either or... but you'll look like a basic bish in this thing. My BJJ Gi's are a little more on the flashy side so I'll say that you aren't going to stand out from the crowd. Because this is a "go-to" Gi, you'll fit in with many of the students - but a school that has more uniformity always looks more professional in my opinion. Its a no frills workhorse. Which is why I like it so much. Humble looks good.

Great product!
I purchased this for my 13 year old son to wear to our Judo classes. The single-weave Gi top fits him well and is constructed well (slightly lighter than his Hyashi counterpart). The pants are the right height, but too loose in the legs. The white belt is fine if you are a beginner, but he has higher rank and will not be using it.Delivery was fast, allowing us to wash the Gi before first use! That was appreciated!!!All together I recommend this Gi for its intended purpose (Judo, Aikido, BJJ, and Jujitsu), and for other martial arts that require a more resilient Gi. I may even purchase one for myself when time comes for a replacement.

Perfect
I bought it for my husband as a early Christmas present. The size was right and fit good. He said that it wore great. His mother got him another one for Christmas so he has 2 now.

Thick waffle weave top
This took a long time to arrive. it's thick and heavy material. Really like the waffle weave top. It has good edges at front and sleeves for gripping. Pants have reinfurced knees and drawstring waist. Comes with white belt for beginners. Main concern is the length. Sizing is difficult because son is tall and thin and size chart says larger sizes are for extra heavy weight. I purchased size 4 for 6'2" and 160 lbs. I think I could have gone up two sizes because it's a little short in sleeves and pants and now I'm afraid to wash and dry. These are supposed to be pre washed but they say not to dry which makes me worried. Overall, great quality but expect to wait a couple of weeks.

Good quality Gi!
I ordered this gi using their size chart. I was pleasantly surprised that it fit really well. It's a good quality gi and welp worth the money! I highly recommend for Judo

I love the fit of the Gi
I love the fit of the Gi, I am overweight at 5'9 260 and bought a 5 and while the belt was a little snug, the actual gi itself fit great, not overly tight in the shoulders and the belly even fit well. Gives me plenty of room to lose weight in while not making mefeel uncomfortable.Quality if the construction was great, pants aren't overly fancy and the loop is probably going to tear at some point. ( reason for 4 not 5 stars ) but for the price it's hard to beat!I bought a used one that said "like new" and when it arrived it was still in the sealed plastic bag from Fuji, so look to see if you're able to save yourself some money by going that route.Perfect starter gi for someone that is just starting out and doesn't want to spend 100+ on their first Gi

Great starter gi.
I like the Fuji single weave so much that I bought four for training multiple days a week. Mine shrunk a bit in the dryer (as gis are apt to do), but I feel like it ran a bit large out of the box to account for this. After a few months of training and washing after every session (you should too) the color is still bright and vibrant. It's built tough to withstand all the pulling that happens in Judo. Also works great when I train BJJ and can be had for about half the price of a BJJ gi of the same quality. The fabric is a bit coarser on the skin than the gis of some of my training partners, but I personally like to wear a rash guard under mine anyway, so it's not even really a downside if you do as well. However, it's not an airweight gi by any means (mine weighs five pounds or more), so if you like really lightweight gis this probably isn't the one for you.

The best value in judo uniforms, period.
For the price, you cannot beat this Fuji single weave. If you are just starting out, this will serve you very well for a long time. The cut is very nice, although I would suggest that the pants are a little long causing most of us to have to wear them around our waists, when they really are going to end up sinking down to the hips anyway during training. The fabric is light, soft and durable and while this is not a heavy duty double weave, it is holding up very well for me in regular training compared to my 1.5 and double weaves. The minimal branding is also very nice, leaving plenty of room for club patches etc.My only recommendation to the manufacturer is to slightly shorten the pants, everything else is really as close to perfect as you're going to get for the money.I am 5'11" and weigh 175lbs and have long arms. Size 4 works very well for me without shrinking the jacket in the dryer.
