Aloe 80 Organics Skin Soothing Aloe Gel, 16 Ounce

Very good buy; a lot of gel for the money. I got it to use with my NuFace device, and it works just as well as the much-more-expensive NuFace brand gel. It does evaporate more quickly than the NuFace brand, but that's not a big deal; I just do sections at a time. I do have to wash my face after use; I skipped washing after use one night and found it clogged my pores. But, everyone reacts differently to various products; I'm not suggesting this is a clogger by nature. Lightweight, feels fine!

I bought this thinking it would be moisturizing and I know the benefits of aloe vera are great. This did NOT moisturize my hands in any way. They were just as dry 3 minutes after I put the gel on my hands. Maybe it still has healing properties, but it sure doesn't moisturize.

This is my second bottle of Aloe 80. Previously I used Aloe Life Skin Gel which is excellent. The Aloe 80 seems a little less drying. I use twice a day after cleaning my face. I see a noticeable improvement is the dark spots on my face also general improvement in skin tone. I was at a cafe the other day and was told I look closer to 50 than the 70 years that I am. One caveat is that I stay away from all the advertised commercial concoctions that are too expensive. I stay with this type of aloe skin gel, natural or organic almond oil and Shea butter and mix up my own concoctions which are more natural without extra chemicals and are way less expensive.

Decent moisturizer did leave my face feeling sticky though

I have a Nuface device, and the gel that comes with the device is over $12.00 for a wee 2 ounce tube. It says in the NNuface instructions you can use clear aloe,and I saw on another review here on Amazon, someone ordered this.I love it! It doesn't dry as quick, it is in a huge container, and you can use it as you need, instead of having the Nuface gel dry on you,and using tons of the product. With the Aloe gel, no need to wash it off after using the Nuface, and I love the conductivity.conductivity. Infact, I think this works better than the gel. It's odorless and, perfectly clear.With summer coming up.aloe has a second use. If we get sunburned, I can pull out my bottle. This is a great buy,and I will buy it again.

I wanted pure aloe but that is not this item. This product has a strong odor, not perfumey, hard to describe. Also, it has carbomer as an ingredient. If I had known that beforehand would not have bought this product. I tried to give it away but when someone sniffs it they decline a "free" product. Some people probably love it, I am not one of them.

I originally purchased this product for my son who had a very dry patch of skin on his wrist that would not respond to any other moisturizer. Within a few days, the skin began to smooth and become more hydrated. He liked that (1) the product is aloe which has healing properties and (2) that the gel applies like a lotion but sinks immediately into the skin without leaving a tacky or greasy film. It worked so well I purchased another bottle for my daughter who was suffering a similar condition which resolved in a few days of use. I've used it as a facial primer since it imparts a smooth surface for makeuip application. A little goes a very long way. We will purchase this again; it works.

Really great for sensitive skin !!! Live in Florida where I get lots of sun, and irritation from product ingredients reacting to sun exposure is common. This product is fragrance & paraben free with few ingredients (all natural), and keeps my skin calm with no redness or bumps. I use as an all over body moisturizer after showers. It does a great job of hydrating, spreads well, soaks in quickly, and causes no irritation. Slight antiseptic smell (not bad or offensive - actually smells very clean) as you're applying. Smell vanishes instantly and doesn't linger at all. I'm on my 2nd bottle and will continue to purchase in the future.
