This product does an EXCELLENT job cleaning jewelry. I have bought it more than once. I used it to clean all my daughter’s jewelery she had left behind (she’s 34) when she moved out. She is having a daughter in April. I polished so many nice pieces she had forgot about, to hand down to her daughter at the appropriate time. I also had some rings my mother had given to me as a child that my grandmother had given to my mother.....so very old. They polished up beautifully!And if you have a jewelry polishing machine, put the solution in the machine....amazingly shines your precious jewelry. I highly recommend this product!

Gentle enough to not only clean but properly moisturize delicates like pearls add opals. The polish and cleaner make my gold and silver jewelry literally look brand new! Non toxic, plant based. No strong smell! Highly highly recommend! Used to get this at my county fair; 2 oz of polish, 4 oz of cleaner and and 24 oz extra bottle of cleaner all for $25. That was the best deal I’ve found but they stopped selling at the fairgrounds.

At first I thought what the heck, no jewelry basket!! but I didn't feel like returning it so I tried it.I have 2 Black Hills Gold rings that are silver, I haven't been wearing them because of the tarnish, nothing cleaned them!!! Well let me tell you, the silver polish is AMAZING, it took the tarnish off with very little rubbing, and my wedding rings look like new!! Like I said before it would bee better with a jewelry basket but I will just use a crochet hook to get my stuff out!!

I have used this product for years, always picking it up at trade shows or bridal shops. I never even thought to look on amazon until I ran out. I immediately purchased and love the products.

This cleaner works exceptionally well. My engagement ring has diamonds and sapphires and the setting sometimes makes it difficult to clean behind the stones. After soaking it in the cleaner and using the brush, the stones sparkled like they do when they are cleaned at the jeweler! I wish I had taken a before and after picture to share. I love the basket that comes in the container of cleaner. It makes soaking easy without having to reach into the cleaning solution. If you're looking for something easy to use and gentle to clean your jewelry, I highly recommend this.

For those who tried to get rid of tarnish by soaking their metals/jewelry in the pink liquid...I feel your pain but I'm sorry that's the wrong item in the kit for getting rid of tarnish. I was first introduced to this brand of jewelry cleaner when I was at a county fair and there was a booth that offered free ring cleanings. They showed a 3-step process where step 1 is using the polishing cream in conjunction with a cloth to wipe off the tarnish. THEN, they soaked my ring in the pink liquid to make it nice and shiny. The last step was rinsing with water and drying with a towel. I was impressed so I bought it even though it was a bit pricey at the fair.Since I found this kit on Amazon for a much more reasonable price, I ordered it and I've been very happy with it! I have been using this brand for the last 6 years and have not found anything better for all my jewelry. Huge bonus for me personally was the banana and coconut smell because I love tropical smells.
