Exceeded expectations
Well it works had it on for 4 days now and no issue compared it to the old module and visually looked identical to the original ford one that came off we shall see how long it last tho being it's a made in China product hopefully I get lucky but honestly I'm happy had no issue on install and it works perfectly on my escape no more key roulette trying to find the sweet spot to get it started and didn't have to pay 200 dollars for the ford one from the dealership

Solid replacement

It's the real deal.
Youtube and Amazon are incredible. You kids are so lucky in the world you live in if you take advantage of it. I'm over 66 years old and I can do it and there is absolutely no reason you can't do it. So simple and what a cost savings. Others have done the work for you to follow, you just have the interpret it. It's all about having the right tools. DO IT!!!

Failed after a month
Worked great for about a month. The lock cylinder started falling out and I had to start pushing my key in again to start my vehicle.Update: changed rating from 1 star to 4 just based on thier customer service. New part is on the way we'll see how long it holds up once I get it.

2014 escape ignition lock
Easy to install, everything fit perfect, car works great now

Works well just make sure it is seated correctly.
Worked and replaced the OEM part in 2008 Ford Escape. Removing the old one was easy, with the exception of removing the ant-theft shear pin\bolt. Recommend to use a small grinder to make slot for a flat head screw driver, to remove. The part slipped into place and fixed the issue. The key we need to be turned just right to make the ignition work. Starts now as soon as the key rolls forward.

Perfect OEM replacement!
To be clear, I'm not sure I can tell any difference between this unit, and the 3-4 times more costly Ford product. Very good quality, installed easily, and works as well as an OEM component. Price comparison makes this a tremendous value. Installed myself. Fantastic value here!
