Maverick: Tin Star K9 Series, Book 2

Great murder mystery that takes place in a small town in Wyoming. The story picks up nicely from Book 1 but is also a great read as a stand alone. The love triangle had my attention as much as trying to figure out who did it, and I can’t leave out Renegade, Caitlyn’s loyal K9. Great characters, great story!

Good series and writing. Book has plot with twists and interesting characters. K9 adds fun.Medical elements are poorly done - book needs medical advice to make it realistic.

Renegade is an exceptional K9 deputy and has saved Catie's life again. She and Colt are making headway but Blake is still a question mark. Dylan and Kenzie have become a couple. Great storyteller, great series.

Absolutely loved Maverick! I adore all the character’s in these books. I never put it down. I’m excited to read the next one in the series’s. I highly recommend!

I enjoyed this episode of life in a small town. Normally, a traffic stop would be the only ticket written. Or a traffic accident. But not when Caitlyn and Renegade are on the job. Now, Catie is making her best effort to not be attracted to her boss. Then there’s the new guy in town. He’s incredibly handsome and the new doctor. He has set his sights on her. It’s an intriguing triangle. Sheriff Colt is totally in love with her. What’s a woman to do? This emotional attachment has to take a backseat because a woman was found floating in the lake. No one knows who she is but it seems like a suicide. That’s just the beginning. Join the group and go on this adventure. Enjoy…

A cute story about a small town sheriff's office, unrequited love, and a great dog! I liked this one more than the first, because it, like its main character, Catie, had more focus, and it was hard to figure out "who done it." And I like the independence, or desire for independence, that Catie has, not wanting others to rule her life. And I love her dog, Renegade, who looks after her at all costs.

I enjoyed reading this book. It contains mystery, thrills, and suspense. The heroine is romantically conflicted thinking she shouldn't love the person she loves which has led to an interesting love triangle is this book. It will be interesting to see where things go from here.

Good book. But it left a lot of questions unanswered. Good story, very entertaining. Guess that's what a cliff hanger is, so the answers will be in the next book or not. An enjoyable book.

Loved this book.I've just finished one and two on to three now love the k9 series and the mystery thrills helped it's a really good read and I finished book one and went right on to.book 2 same night I've loved all of this author,s books so far but love the ones with dogs in you can read individual has story completes each book so try them
