Product Description 18" Wiper Scrubblade .com Even at the relatively moderate speed of 60 mph, your vehicle covers nearly 90 feet per second, which makes driving with a clear, clean windshield not only critical for your safety and that of your passengers, but also the safety of other drivers sharing the road with you. The Scrubblade windshield wiper helps ensure this safety year-round by keeping your windshield clean, and your view of the road clear in all weather and road conditions. Dual 2-sided blades scrub away bug and road debris Patented Scrubber Technology In challenging weather conditions, standard windshield wipers all too often fail to keep your windshield clean and clear, at times they can even decrease visibility. This is due to the fact that most wipers work on the assumption that drivers are only dealing with water-based obstructions. Although this is often the case, the fact is that every day drivers are also faced with other factors like caked on grime, bugs, snow and mud. Better debris removal for better visibility Unlike rain, these kinds of grime tend to stick to windshields, even after a healthy dose of your car's windshield wiper fluid. In these situations, standard wipers tend to smear obstructions from side to side as they scrape over them because they are not actually designed to clean windshields, just to move water. These result both in dangerous distractions for drivers while behind the wheel, as well as delays as they are forced to stop at gas stations to clean off their windshields. But this has all changed with the combination of Scrubblade's patented Scrubber technology and its two-blade design. Scrubblade windshield wipers are designed with dual, two-sided blades. On one side is a durable, contoured scrubbing edge designed to loosen and scrub free grit, bugs and road debris as it is drawn over your windshield, while the other side features a smooth inner blade to remove this material from the driver's field of view as the blade reverses. Add to this the fact that each wiper is fitted with one of these two-sided blades on either side, creating a back-and-forth scrubbing action on your windshield at the flip of a switch. You'll have a windshield wiper system that is efficient and safe for you and your family, no matter what kind of vehicle you drive, season, or current driving conditions. Product Features Precise, high-performance, no smearing scrubbing and wiping of windshield Fast, easy installation on almost any car with included universal adapter Increased windshield clarity promotes safety through reduced driver fatigue Superior construction saves you money by ensures long life for the wiper blade Unmatched all-season performance What's in the Box? So far, so good
I bought these blades for my new Ram truck, winter arrived and what a better way to put these blades to test. Winter in Alaska is harsh on winter wiper blades, if they survive winter I usually run them through summer. The evening I installed these blades, not an hour later it started snowing. We got about 8" of the moist heavy snow and these blades had no issues of clearing the snow. Couple days later it got very nippy with temperatures of - 34° below 0 and stayed below 0 for all most a month. The first day the performance of the blades was decent. The rubber of the blades got very stiff and would not clean a clear path of melted ice until well into my 50 minute drive. About the same as winter blades. The melted ice did refreeze to the blades little more than winter blades requiring a stop to knock the ice off. At those temperatures if you make the mistake and use wiper fluid at speeds it freezes quicker than it took to type this, your blades turn into blocks of ice. I did run into ice fog on the drive home and with my diesel finally warmed up these blades worked great in the ice fog. They remained flexible enough to clear full paths of the windshield, even when I turned the heat down enough to where the ice fog started to freeze to the glass. I'm impressed these blades are continuing to do what I have asked of them, especially since they're not a dedicated winter wiper blade. In my opinion these blades work as well as a dedicated winter blade so far and only time will tell if they make it throughout our long winters. I'm impressed enough to buy a set of blades for my summer only car, '96 Impala SS. Our summers are tough on blades as well, trying to clear a path of bugs & our state bird the mosquito off the windshield, it's the reason why I run winter blades year round. You need a tough blade & lots of wiper fluid to clear the bugs. Unless you have driven through a thick swarm of mosquitoes here, you can't appreciate how bad they get. Yes they're expensive, costing more than winter blades or summer blades, if they're tough enough to run year around, it will be worth it for me.If these make it through winter or fail prior to summer my review will be updated.

Buyer Beware- NO Warranty on Peeling Apart
I paid $80 for two of your blades. They have lasted appx 6,000 miles, with very little use as I don’t drive at night to attract bugs, and I do not drive in the rain. I will say they performed well while they lasted. Not crazy good, but a little better than WalMart Rain-X. I reported to your customer service that the blades are peeling apart. I was told there is NO warranty, and wiper blades are recommended to be changed every six months so therefore they’re not expected to last any longer than that. Lesson learned. From this point forward I will buy Walmart wiper blades or $10 as a Scrubblades does not believe in, nor stand by its own product.

Worse windshield wiper blades I’ve used!!
I got these for my Jeep because it’s windshield is a bug magnet. I had high hopes for these to be able to remove bugs from my windshield without me having to scrub it myself. I will admit, as an engineer, I can admire the thought and effort put into this product. Sadly, it still needs some work. The “scrubbing” action can barely remove fresh bug splatter and bird droppings. They also started streaking within two weeks of using them. I’m now back to my cheap-O RainX blades that honestly might have more scrubbing power than these. Very disappointed.

Great product for the price
Great product for the price!!!! My local Walmart had the smaller blades on clearance for half price which I purchased for my car. They worked so well that when my daughter-in-law mentioned that she needed to purchase wiper blades for her car I told her she should try the scrubblades. Unfortunately they didn't have the larger sizes so I order from Amazon and she too loves them. I've had mine on my care for about 6 months. So far they survived a minor winter ice storm with no problems. They are surprisingly quiet and work well in heavy rain. They clean the windshield very well (no streaks) with one full pass, even the bug guts. I'm satisfied.

Had high hopes for these
Well, I finally got around to putting these on my Jeep after a good car wash the next day it rained and well let's just say my old wipers were better because these immediately smeared and streaked on my windshield. I thought well maybe I should try to wipe them down better, so I grabbed a cloth and wiped the blades down really good as to make sure there were no oils or such on the blades.... NOPE, that didn't work either, the smear and streak right in the middle of the blade, which is right in my field of view. I don't know if I got a bad set as I have seen a few guys recommend these but I have also seen just as many not recommend them. I gave them a chance but they have been on my Jeep for about 3 weeks now and I'm ready to pull them off already because they just won't' stop smearing the water or rain from the windshield and in the last week or so they have now been squeaking across the windshield. I guess it's time to start looking for a replacement. It sucks because the idea of these was very intriguing and the price was right but they just don't live up to the promise.

No adapters, only works with j-hook.
Purchased this presuming it would come with necessary adapters, however no adapters were included in either the 20 or 22 inch blades. When I messaged support (on their website) about it, they said the following; "Hello! You will need to purchase our Platinum Scrub blade. It will have the adapter necessary for your vehicle." If you have J-hook windshield wiper attachments you should be fine, otherwise check out the platinum scrub blades.

Skip and Streak
I looked at many reviews from other 4Runner owners who said that these wiper blades were great. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The passenger side (20” blade) skipped from the very first day. I tried all kinds of different ways to improve the performance, but it continued to be horrible. The driver side (24” blade) streaked a little when first installed but again, I tried all kinds of things to improve performance. I have now given up and am ordering Bosch ICON blades as replacement.

They are well made and super easy to install
Was thrilled to find these wipers on sale from amazon. I used them the first time during a whiteout condition and snow storm and they indeed delivered. I am impressed with them. They are well made and super easy to install. I think I would not choose any other brand except this one for wiper blades in the future. What I like about them are the double rubber blades so basically you have two sets of wipers working simultaneously on your windshield and guaranteed to have an amazing vision of what goes on in front of you (in my case) no matter what. I had originally bought Rain X which I heard were good but I was a little hesitant. With these I am happy they deliver and that is what you need especially with fluctuating weather conditions. Big thumbs up all the way and highly recommended.

These wipers were easy to install
These wipers were easy to install. I used them the first time in a snow storm and was truly a happy camper. There is nothing better than having clear vision in a situation such as a wide out with blowing snow. \this baby was doing its job perfectly. It is a well made wiper. Superior and a cut above others. Having two blades is a true blessing. I hope it is still available on Amazon when I need to replace it in the future.\highly recommended

Didn't notice any real scrubbing of Canadian bugs.. ...
Didn't notice any real scrubbing of Canadian bugs.... no noticeable difference between regular blades. However, the Scrubblades left a water streak on the downstroke, so I went back to my original blades.
