Pros: Copper tips look beautiful.Cons: I used this tip once, soldering roughly 25 pins in one 8-10minute session. I tinned the tip before using by coiling wire around the tip, powering up to 400C, allowing the solder to dissolve, and then cleaning in a copper wool. As you can see, this session resulted in a crater being melted into the solder tip.The benefit is that I have 7 other tips to work with, which at this rate will combine to roughly 90 minutes of soldering time for the whole set.I would NOT purchase these again.

I bought these for wood burning stenciling and char art. I have not used them yet , but I tried them out for fit. The fit nice on iron. Physics define the rest.
