I have had this pillow for over a month and the best thing about it is I don't notice it...Which is great because all I do is go to sleep and wake up happy. Isn't that what you want in a pillow or anything you use, if it is working, you don't really notice it. I have had a lot of pillows throughout the years and some were good, and lots were bad...I took a shot with this one because I like the fact you can wash it and it is very sturdy...I will need to get another one or more so I can rotate them and clean! The wife can't use them because of her neck surgeries which is disappointing, but, maybe I can get the softer one...But, I highly recommend these pillows!

I bought the "Queen Size - Firmer" pillow, and I think it's an excellent product; works as advertised. It comes flattened out and rolled up pretty tight in a vacuum bag. Mine didn't fluff up that much when I took it out (maybe about 50% after 30 minutes), like some others have; but it fluffed up just fine after 20 minutes in the dryer, and it's pretty much stayed that way. I've been using it for about a week and a half, and I'm able to adjust the 'fluff' (thickness) of the pillow as needed. I mostly sleep on my side, and I'm 6'-4 1/2", so I need something fairly substantial--this works great for that. The queen--firmer is pretty stuffed (my queen pillowcase barely fits), so it's tough to try to make the pillow flatter to lay on my back (which I rarely do). Seems easier to flatten out one end of the pillow more so than the middle (by shaking the stuffing toward one end). Very slight odor when first opened, but dissipated quickly (day or so). This isn't so soft that your head sinks in and the pillow wraps around your face (which while initially comfortable, like a lot of cheap pillows, that makes it hard to breathe); it's supportive enough to give my nose room to breathe.

It's a very nice pillow. I got the firmest they had. I was expecting more firmness. I've always slept with one pillow on top of the other, & I'm tired of adjusting these pillows so they stay aligned. I wanted to use ONE thick firm pillow. I still prop this pillow on top of another otherwise it's not enough support/ firmness for me & it sinks down eventually. I do fluff it up. I have never found just one pillow that will give me the firmness & support & height I want. Always used 2.

These shredded foam pillows really do set the bar for comfort. I've tried several high end and low end pillows and nothing compares to these, period. Somehow they found the perfect blend of firmer and softer for filling, and the cover is just the right balance of soft and sleek PLUS there's good airflow so your head doesn't get hot and sweaty.Originally I bought the "softer" pillow and found that I wanted a little more support. So I went ahead and purchased the "firmer" pillow to see the difference. My dad actually hijacked my softer pillow (he's a side sleeper) and he loves it. He said he had one of the best night's sleeps in a long time AND...he didn't wake up with a sore neck for once! I finally got him to throw out his super old flat pillow too...bonus! So I ended up keeping both pillows and looks like I'll be picking up a couple more here soon.The pillows came rolled and packaged air tight. They were very thin/flat at first, but take just a few minutes to pop back into full shape. They arrived very quickly - just two days. Definitely worth trying out these pillows - especially with their great support and guarantees.

I have been suffering from insomnia since undergoing my fifth surgery on my spine several weeks ago, as well as being awoken by pain every couple hours if I am able to get to sleep. I received my CozyCloud Deluxe Pillows yesterday morning, and was immediately impressed with their obvious high quality and construction. After allowing them to fluff up, I tried them out and was surprised by how well the bamboo-fabric covering allowed the pillow to stay cool; I even felt the temperature difference under my shoulders through a sweatshirt. Last night, using my CozyCloud Deluxe Pillows for the first time, I SLEPT FOR 10 HOURS!! I couldn't believe it when I saw the time! When I awoke, I felt well-rested, alert, and, for the first time in months, felt happy and experienced a can-do attitude. It may sound extreme (and perhaps a little pathetic), but In one night, my CozyCloud Deluxe Pillows have changed my life. I will never again purchase any pillow but CozyCloud Deluxe Pillows.

We've had two of the 'firmer' pillows for roughly 9 months. They were great for us for the first 6 months or so - moderately firm but with a bit of give when you put your head down. But over time, this shredded memory foam pillow (and let's be real folks... 'shredded memory foam' is nothing more than scrap memory foam pieces) loses its loft, bounciness, and overall shape. We now have to fluff these pillows multiple times a night to maintain any sort of shape and/or support. Even if we throw these pillows in the drier for 20 minutes, they lose their shape within the first few hours of sleep. Coming from full memory foam pillows to this one to save some money wasn't a good idea. My suggestion: avoid all 'shredded memory foam' pillows and stick with the single piece memory foam pillows from more reputable manufacturers.

We had just bought a new, high quality mattress, but I still was not sleeping comfortably with my two down pillows - no lasting support for my head & neck which required frequent side changes & refluffing... Researched side-sleeper support pillows on Amazon, reviewed customer questions, responses & their reviews, and purchased your pillow. Good communication from you as to how your pillow is shipped, what to expect when it arrived, and available customer service if I had issues or was not satisfied with it - and that, these days, is certainly a customer service bonus! The first night, or more properly, the first morning after, demonstrated the sleeping comfort success of both your pillow and our new mattress - I am very pleased - thanks for your follow-up!
