The box smells really good like wood. (Duh) it is simple and worked great as a box to hold an anniversary gift for my boyfriend!

Beautiful Wood Box
I purchased this for a gift for a new neighbor who has black walnut cabinets. I liked all of the craftmanship, but I would have liked a stronger finish. I'm worried that any water might cause an issue on the finish; it's dull, which is okay, but doesn't seem very durable against weather/water droplets.

Not walnut wood
I was disappointed with the box. The description stated it was made of walnut wood. That was not the case. The box is solid but appears to be another type of wood colored a walnut color. If you don’t mind it’s not walnut wood it’s not a bad box.
