I'm what you would consider middle aged and I was looking for something that was low impact, but would allow me greater flexibility and help tone my body for the New Year (2017)...exercising more is definitely on my New Year's Resolution list. I must have spent a good hour looking at different workout bands or exercise bands, whatever you want to call them. I finally settled on these bands because of the reasonable price and it looked like a quality product. After getting and using the bands I can say that they are just terrific. There are 5 bands in total from 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 lbs., also coming with 2 cushioned handles, 2 ankle straps, and a door anchor. There is also a handy bag that you can store and carry your equipment in, so if you're on the go you can still get a whole body workout anywhere. I've used these exercise bands twice thus far and they do exactly what they are made to do...get me ripped!!! Well, not quite yet...but the bands are well made and I can see getting tons of usage out of these things.The only thing I didn't like about this product was that there was no literature for how to best use the bands (just the bands and accessories), so for people that want to get in shape and have no clue how to best use the bands there is no information within the product itself. Otherwise, I think this is a great product that will help people get in shape for the new year. And really the no literature isn't such a big deal since you can do a search on YouTube for exercise bands or workout bands and it returns a bunch of ideas to get you started with these things.

I would not call myself in shape or one that works out all the time but I do know a good product when I see one.The company's claims are all true.1. Portable and the weight of each band is clearly marked.2. Resistance bands are a perfect work out for beginners as well as those who are experts.3. Stackable. Each band has clips on each end which makes it super easy to clip onto the handles or ankle straps (this is what I liked the most).4. The nylon carry bag is super compact and hold the whole set. I was imagining this gigantic box but all of the bands and the straps keep nicely in this drawstring bag.5. The product is made quite well. Strong, sturdy and the durability appears to be totally capable of lasting you awhile. The lifetime money back guarantee is pretty awesome, too.Overall, it's a great product. I would only say that it does not come with any type of instructions of use nor a work out manual. The company did send me an email and link of their Facebook page which has a lot more thank just resistance bands. Their page has tips on dieting and articles to help you achieve whatever level of fitness you desire. I highly recommend this product. Best bang for your buck!

I've always enjoyed & felt resistance training was superior to weight training. These exercise bands are wonderful for someone wishing to exercise using a resistance work-out method. The bands & attachments let you work out any part of your body. I find being stackable gives me enough resistance no matter what body area I'm working. If you are very strong & feel a little more resistance would be better, my advice is to make each movement slowly. Moving slower makes each weight level provide a much tougher work-out. I also love the stretch & ability to stop an exercise if there's pain better than weight training using fast repetitions. After my work-outs, my muscles feel nice & stretched out too. Last week I had to go away on business & took my bands along in the provided bag. Personally, I am more likely to work-out from "home" versus having to leave my house, room or office to go & work-out. So I actually did do my work-out faithfully during my trip. The only thing not included was a manual. But even if it came with one, I still went YouTube & see all the different ways to use these bands. The mailman just delivered these about an hour ago - I opened the box and tried them out right away. They're just as described and look just like the picture. I practice archery and can use these to stay/get in shape when I can't go practice at the range! If you want to work out with 50 lb you just combine the black 30 lb and the green 20 lb and use them together - I shoot a 60 lb bow so I'll add in the blue 15 lb so I can work out with a draw weight a little heavier than my bow!

Everything arrived promptly (2 days with Prime) and as advertised. If you are looking for a quality set of exercise bands at a reasonable price, you can't do any better than these. This is my 2nd set of bands and these are clearly superior to the ones I had before. And cost less as well. The 5 different bands allow for a lot of variations. Each one is clearly marked and appears to be of outstanding quality. Lots of nice extras, like cushioned handles, ankle straps and carrying pouch. The only thing missing are instructions and examples of exercises. But, you can find that information anywhere on the internet so it's not a deal breaker IMO. I've really enjoyed using these!

I checked out a few resistance band options before settling on this set, and I am not disappointed. There are five different resistance bands for various weights, and with the high quality caribiner clips, the handles can be switched between the bands easily and quickly. I put them to the test immediately after opening my package, and was able to do a quick 15-20 minute workout. The handy carrying bag makes it easy to stow this set for travel anywhere!

I like the 5 different size bands that come with this package. It allows for a whole family workout. This was a great price for this set and the quality seems very durable and long lasting. I like the carrying pouch, as it makes for easy travel. The pouch seemed like it was small at first, but fits everything in the picture just fine. The only thing that this set is missing is instructions for use, but we were able to find lots of workout videos with these bands on youtube. I would recommend these bands for the beginner as well as those with experience.
