Good product, the right price, nice bottle.
This is a really nice product. This is the exact type of manganese I was looking for. It was a little hard to find and the price was good. Also a plus it was in a dark glass bottle. I will buy again.

I have a gene snp that requires me to take a higher dose of manganese. For that reason I have to take 30mg daily to keep my levels up as there is no way one can obtain that amount from food. I test periodically using various micronutrient and HTMA tests. My most recent HTMA test results showed I’m within the reference range. I will continue to buy this product and keep testing to see if I need to adjust the dose.

Magnesium Supplement
Tried many magnesium products; this goes well with k² vitamins. Highly recommend.

I got a bad batch.
I've been taking this for over 2 years for joint stability. This last bottle of manganese I had to throw out. It had a horrible smell and the taste made me gag. Going to try another company.
