I’m loving these watercolor brush pens. Super easy to use except I did notice that they unscrew opposite. What a typical device unscrews. The rule of lefty Lucy writing tidy does not follow this tool. But once you remember that, getting the water in it and using it while on the go Works great.

These are awesome for my kiddo who is learning to take care of her own art supplies! Love this set, it’s been abused for months and still easy to use and clean. Staining is minimal but my girlie really tested how long she could leave it yucky. Seems to be retaining brush shape, although we’ve passed the brush mashing phase before these came along. I use them sometimes too, with her permission of course, and I enjoy them as well.

Cannot unscrew them, so cannot use them to try them Update from one star review: apparently you turn them the opposite direction you normally would. Why? I don't know. My bad. They're pretty good. Better pens for those water wow books than what they come with. I don't think I'll be using them instead of a regular paint brush though.

Easy to use, really handy, easy to clean, good quality

So these pens are actually pretty great! I've seen alot of reviews saying that they can't get the caps on or off without ruining the pen and the reason for that is that the head isn't being screwed on in the right direction. It's the opposite of right tights lefty loosey. Also there's a wick inside of the black circular thing that was blocking it up and making it very difficult to push the water through. I watched another reviewers video and removed the wick so now water comes out more smoothly. Only problem is that sometimes more water comes out than I expect but I always have a paper towel or napkins nearby to dab off the excess water. All in all very good product I like them!

I would not recommend nor buy again based on my review. I took a shot and for $5 I have re-learned a lesson. You get what you pay for I have several water filled brushes from different manufacturers. (I have paid more for 2 brushes.) I have got to say Mr. Pen quality is mediocre at best. I agree that the water barrel is thin and flimsy, however not terrible. I agree that it is difficult to get the water flowing to the brush. When you squeeze hard enough the water comes but it flows out from the where the barrel screws on and not through the brush. My solution is to squeeze onto a cloth and then the brush will be wet enough to dip in the color cake. UPDATE: I read this on another review. Open the barrel and on the part where the brush is the black base. It has a white “button” in the middle. If you push this button down into the black base (I used an embroidery needle) the button will go into the base and stay there. This button is stopping the water flowing freely. Once I did this to all the pens the water flowed properly onto the brush. Still only 3 stars since this should be in the instruction somewhere. All these water barrel brushes screw off/on backwards so that is not an issue to me. The brush material is good, basically the same as all other brushes of this type. As an aside: The Mr. Pen logo stamped on the plastic barrel rubs off in about 30 seconds of use. This is not really important for use but it does tell you that the manufacture is not of quality. I mean if you are gonna stamp your logo on the product you might want to ensure its permanence. Just saying.

EVERY time I place an order with Mr.Pen I’m wowed by the product’s upgrade from a basic product to a well thought out design that beats competitors by a mile. Most important is the product’s upgrade is made better than the competition by design , function, and money saving features. My watercolor brushes cost less than any regular watercolor brushes set BUT mine are built to hold any watercolor you choose in their hollow bodies making them forever brushes that you use like a pen and refill over and over! They are great for children , not to tiny to hold easily . I’m imagining how much money I’ll save using these with my 2 yr granddaughter. Wonderful tools for creative people who appreciate clever builds. So affordable. Makes me smile.

Absolutely beautiful Watercolour Brush pen , so smooth and so ingenious. The brushes are exceptionally good,I just can't stop painting now , definitely I will order again
