This is something I decided to try for my knee pain. I’m 66 years old, but I enjoy exercising in my home gym, and walking outdoors. However, exercising hurts my knees. I had tried other things that didn’t work until now. I have been using this Boswellia Frankincense softgels for about 7 days now. Surprisingly, the results have amazed me. I can use my equipment to exercise with no knee pain. Bending my knees was also hard before. Now I can do squats and lunges without any pain. If you try this and it doesn’t work right away, be patient. It took about 3 days for me to feel the difference. All in all, it’s a dream come true for me. I recommend this product.

Have only used for 3 full days so that’s why not a 5 star. I have early stage COPD and seems to help with the shortness of breath and the “heaviness” in my chest. Took 3 capsules for these 3 days and will drop to two to see if still helps till I run out and will come back and re-evaluate.

Five years ago my thumb began hurting and showing signs of arthritis. It began to thicken, etc. Then my left thumb began to hurt. I started taking this product and the pain stopped. My arthritis does come and go, however, so at first I wondered if the pain had simply gone away for a little while on its own. But I’ve found since that if I forget to take the BosMed for awhile, the pain returns and when I resume it stops. I’ve used it ever since, and the left thumb has never warped as much as the right—as if the process stopped cold exactly when I started taking boswellia. Second purchase of these. Studies at Mayo Clinic and Sloan Kettering indicate that envitro (peatree dish) testing that the Boswellia (frankincense) Sap kills cancer cells. Causes 'apoptisis'. They kill themselves. So taking this as a prophylactic.

Should come with a warning about possible severe bad side effects. I did not have a " Healthy Inflammation Response " Just the opposite effect ! It also caused me to have dry skin and a rash on my face and other parts of my body that I'm still dealing with after stopping taking it. The damage might be permanent. You can verify these bad side effects on Google, something I should have sadly done first.
