The X1 arrived clean & fully functional. Battery life is fine for a refurb. All is as expected.

Do not purchase any refurbished computers from this company. We purchased this computer. It initally had problems which we thought we had resolved. However, just after the warranty period ended, the computer stopped being able to charge. We tried calling customer support, no one ever answered the phone or returned calls. We sent an email asking for help to their support email address. They denied ever receiving it. Definitely would not do business with this company again!

This is such a great product and deal that I should have bought two!!

The laptop was in good shape. The only problem was the screen didn't turn off when the screen was shut. A magnet triggered the sensor without issue so it wasn't the sensor. After opening the laptop, the small magnet was missing. Installing a new magnet fixed the issue. The laptop had definitely been worked on before, most likely to install a new battery. The battery had less than 20 charges on it.

The item’s condition is not as listed. Trackpoint not work during install windows. Very dirty and greasy.very bad conditions.

Great price for this laptop. It came in with some minor scratches on the bottom but it works great and the rest of the laptop looks brand new..

I bought this laptop as an emergency backup I'm case my main laptop didn't get returned to me in time hoping that prime shipping would be worth it. There wasn't any real clarity about the condition of the laptop. What I got was a laptop with a very damaged case that was hidden by stickers and an operating system that wouldn't boot past the Windows WiFi set up and gave no alternatives to continue the OS set up. In other words, the laptop didn't boot. Ultimatly the laptop was returned for a full refund, but it is surprising to me how badly the laptop was described and how not well "refurbished" it was. I essentially got a laptop in worse condition than the one I shipped off for a warranty fix. This laptop only increased my anxiety about an already anxiety driven incident. Tl;Dr: I was willing to pay a premium to get a functional backup laptop quickly (as opposed to a longer more reputable referb from NewEgg or similar) and instead ended up with two broken laptops.

The renewed laptop was perfect and would buy again. Not even a scratch, looks brand new and never used.
