There is no use , 2 years back it was very effective, this time it’s not at all working no energy no improvement in timing nothing, this time I wasted money.

Actually this product is having 500mg so when you take this tablet ur body might not be able to control and it will over heat ur body and u may feel discharge in night as well. Better take in mng only But I suggest go for original which is formed in liquid. Overall it's good product 👍
