I love this set of resistance bands! It is so easy to workout on just about any body part I want, without having to buy (and find room for!) a bunch of different equipment. I have 3 kids not in school yet, so I just don't get a chance to go to the gym. With these bands, I can work out while they're sleeping, and it's not even noisy, so I don't have to worry about waking them up! And there is no dangerous gym equipment around my house that I need to worry about my kids getting hurt on. I just put my bands away in the cute bag when I'm done and it's out of the way until next time! So glad I found this set of resistance workout bands.

Came with all the workout pieces, but no workout guide as stated in the product picture and not even some kind of manual to show beginners how to use the little attachments. I have never used bands like these (or ever) and have no idea what the little black things are. I finally figured iut the green puffy ones are the handle bars. If you promise a manual, send a manual! Not everyone is experts at this stuff!

I love these bands! So many great things about them. First, I love that the weight of resistance is interchangeable! Nifty design, and the clips to attach the handles to the bands are very solid--I was very impressed. My medical mind also adores the color coding...and then the package itself is great--the bag is awesome and I'll be taking my bands set with me on several trips next year! These are exactly what I was looking for and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a set. Great product at an awesome value!

I got these bands for when I am the office and they work very well. I used to have more time to exercise but lately I have been very busy with work and I have not had time to get my workouts in. These bands have allowed to get a workout in my office without haven't to deviate much time from my work. I like the bands because they are very durable, I feel like I am able to apply a significant amount of pressure without damaging them.

Very nice set of resistance bands. Color coded for the different "weights". Will find these very useful when traveling or if I don't feel like going to the gym. Highly recommended. There is a 19 page PDF file available which has some good exercises. Comes in a handy pouch for easy and small space storage.

I really like these resistance bands. The bands and handles are well-assembled from sturdy materials, and the handles are super-easy to clip and un-clip from the handles. The band lengths are perfect for exercises like forearm curls. At less than $20, the set is a real value.

This is a great produce for anyone who wants to be able to work out at home. It allows one, to do many of the work outs; that one go to a gym to do. Along with this, my mother who has bad knees, is able to work out without having to us heavy weights. If you get a chance, look at the different work outs, and you will see what I'm talking about. It inexpensive, so if your not a fan, it better then dropping the money one has too to purchase dumbbells, or any other traditional weights.

My Boxoll's are awesome. I absolutely love the cute pouch that came with them. It has a detailed reference guide that is awesome. I am adamant about my health and this motivates me to do even more. I had bands but nothing quite like these. They are awesome and easier for me to place on the doors for different exercises.
