I'm a UK size 12, 34B and the L fits nicely. Low support, padding is ok. Good for weight lifting but not for running. I have this in black, grey and white now. Only thing is the white one shows the padding more than the others.

Not a fan of this sports bra, there is no support and it doesn’t keep the girls inside, it tends to ride up with movement so can end up showing a bit of lower boob, not ideal for the gym
