it's extends as high as our ceiling - almost 100 inches
Arrived really fast and well packaged. Duster extends really far, great for reaching high places. Good quality materials and duster part nice and fluffy so catches dust, webs etc well. I have been looking for some time for a gadget to reach the double height staircase ceiling and thought I'd give this a try, especially at the price. Didn't really expect it to work but it did. The mop head, which is detachable (by unscrewing) for cleaning/washing purposes is not as substantial as the product photo led me to believe and in fact I bent it a little by being too strenuous in my dusting.

It's nice and long but the screw is missing so now I cannot screw the duster to the pole. Such a bummer!
