There is NO rubber on these jaw clips. I love them; use them all the time. They hold very, very well because of the "jaw" system which grips the hair tightly. Much better than an claw clip where the tings are further apart.

Yes, they have rubber grips if it says no slip grip on package. I have some older ones that do not have the rubber grip, but these do.

Q: I am looking for the set that when you opened the clip it locks in place until you squeeze the clip to close it. Do these do that?

Great clips for thin hair

These are AWESOME clips if you have thin hair!! They hold great and are the perfect size! I initially purchased these at Walmart years ago. When I broke one of them I was trying to remember the brand and looked everywhere for them. Saw them on Amazon and immediately knew these were the ones I had purchased! I bought extra this time to make sure I didn’t go without!! Great product!!
