Comfort Plus 220 GSM Microfleece 3 in 1 Travel Blanket, Blue

This blanket was one of the best travel items I purchased before my trip to Taiwan. I have never been able to sleep during flights so I really dreaded the 14+ hour flight to Taiwan. If I couldn't sleep, I'd be bored during the flight and arrive in Taiwan exhausted from lack of sleep. Before my trip, I washed the blanket in my usual laundry detergent and fabric softener so it smelled like home. On the flight, I covered up with the blanket, pulled it up over my face and I slept very well. I arrived in Taiwan rested and ready to see the sights.While I was staying in Taiwan, I used the blanket almost like one of those silk travel cocoons. I wrapped up in the blanket from my waist up so the sheets and pillow case did not touch my face. This may sound weird but it did make me feel better about sleeping on strange linens.This was great as a blanket but it also folds into either a round neck pillow or a larger, flatter square pillow. You just roll or fold it into one of the pockets on one end of the blanket. While using it as a blanket, you can put your feet in the large, square pocket and your feet stay warm and covered throughout the flight.The blanket has little straps and snaps so when the blanket is folded into either the round or square pillow, you can snap it to the handle of your luggage. This is a great feature because it doesn't take up space in your carry-on and you don't have to carry it and risk losing it.This blanket was almost as valuable to my trip as my wonderful friend who stayed with my dogs while I was gone.This is a great product at a great price. BUY ONE!!!

I purchased this item after reading positive reviews from others. The blanket washes extremely well with no pilling. I also found the shrinkage after washing and drying to be very minimal(blanket size decreased overall by only one inch in length and width). I like the features of this product - the way in which you can have either a flat head pillow or lumbar pillow configuration depending on how you fold the blanket and tuck it into the built-in pocket. The carry strap is made of a sturdy webbed material with a heavy-duty snap for fastening around a handle. It is true that the blanket can hang over the edge of your suitcase because there is only a strap on one end, but I tried mine with the Travelon bag bungee I purchased and that holds it in place securely. Overall I think this blanket would be a nice travel companion and I feel it is of good quality, but it does take up a little extra gear room. I hope this review helps.

I love this blanket/pillow! I bought it recently for an international flight and then used it a few weeks later for a cross country flight. I wouldn't bother with it on a short flight, but for longer flights, it's great. The airline blankets either are dirty, too thin, covered in hair, or you have to pay for them. This blanket is plush, comfy, folds up small, and functions in multiple ways! My most recent flight was on Allegiant Air, and they charge $10 bucks for a blanket on a flight, regardless of how long the flight is. And, I think they keep it super cold in the plane so that you will buy a damn blanket. Ridiculous! So happy I had this thing with me!It rolls up easily back into its own attached folding packet (my biggest worry when I ordered), and it washes up great. It's so much more comfy than airline supplied blankets. And, it attaches to your carry on! Once I got to Rome, I just tucked it into my big suitcase rather than hang it on my carry-on for the next 3 weeks, so unlike another reviewer, I didn't think the fact that it attached to a carry on was a detractor -- it was a plus!I'm buying as a gift for a fellow traveler. Great purchase!

So I was thinking why do i need something like this. Well truthfully i don't. But...It's comfortable. I like sitting on the couch sometimes with a blanket. This thing is pretty warm and pretty convenient. You can take it around with you and just leave it in your car. I have a outdoor mat to lay on the ground. You can lay at night outside or at a concert and use this to keep you warm. It's decently sized. It'll fit two average people. Don't bother with the foot rest thing. It sounds useful but it's not really. Basically it's the pocket that you fold the blanket into. It's pretty useless.O yea. This things is pretty big. It's like carry a shoebox around.

I bought this for a trip to New Zealand. It is a little bulky to fit in my pack but is extremely light. I used it primarily as a pillow on the airplane that I placed against the window to lean on. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I did not feel the vibrations and the chill that I would normally feel with the provided airline's pillow and blanket. And I hate to use their stuff because I don't really trust that I'll be using something that someone else has without being cleaned first. I also used it as a blanket in the hotel room. I put the hotel sheets on top of the blanket and it kept me nice a warm throughout the night.

The blanket was a great pillow. I did not get the opportunity to open it on my flights because it wasn't cold, but it was a great pillow and arm rest. I did get to open it at night when I went to sleep and it was a great blanket.The reason why I took of 1 star was because if you don't secure it properly to your carry on, it will drag across the airport floor. All wrapped up, the blanket is about the size of a small loaf of bread. I used a super mini bungee cord and strapped it to my handle of my carry on. If I had to purchase again, I would.

Our family bought several of these blankets for an unusual purpose -- warm weather backpacking. We liked their light weight, but they were not quite warm enough to avoid getting cold when nighttime temps dropped to 60 degrees F. Also, they were slightly small. In the future for similar backpacking we will probably share a larger, somewhat heavier blanket.As for car/plane travel use, they are a very nice blanket of good quality. We have washed them several times and seams, texture, and color are unaffected. We like that they fold into their own pocket and that the pocket can be used to put your feet into.
