Almost as pictured
I wear a US size 16 dress so I ordered an XXL to be safe, the dress looks like the picture but the color is a little lighter. I ordered the purple which looks really dark in the picture(which is why I ordered it, I like dark purple) But it's more in between that color and lavender. I would definitely order up a size, the dress fit me well and was the perfect length for my 5'5 stature but the arms were really tight. Which has never been a problem for me, I'm a pretty proportionate bigger gal, never had problems fitting my arms into clothing. Also, if you have a bigger bust this dress may not have enough room in the bust area.

Not If You're Going To Dance To YMCA
A little too tight in the arms if you have biceps (couldn't raise arms above horizontal), but otherwise fine fit.The skirt is also a little too long for crowds if you're not wearing heels (and under 5'8").
