The left pod never worked only the right one does😔

You get what you pay for. These head phones are cheap in every way. They fall out of my ears at least twice a day. The case often pops off the headphones exposing the wiring then they do so. The sound quality WAS awful but after two weeks it somehow got worse. The left side is so quiet now I have to pause my podcast when walking around my house because my feet hitting the floor is louder than the audio. I have stopped using the right side entirely as the sound is so low I can only faintly hear the low whispers in a completely silent room.Just because this product has thousands of reviews doesn't mean it's good. I can't state it enough: Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE!

left earbud stopped charging after 9 months. called customer service & they mailed a replacement in 2-3 days.

They aren’t what I thought they were going to be. They don’t cancel noise out at all and they volume for them is really low. I bought them for work but they don’t stay in my ears very well. I guess they are okay but I wouldn’t ever buy them again.

Good inexpensive earbuds. To be honest, I don't think most people have dog like hearing that can discern the difference between $25 buds and some of those other near $200 buds, whateva. Downside, volume is extremely low even when my device is at max volume. Also, maybe those $200 earbuds are the same (don't know), but it's near impossible to take them out of the case while charging because the charging function also creates a magnetic pull with the buds and there is nothing you can grasp onto on the buds to pull them out of the case against that magnetic pull. Only way I find is to disconnect the USB cable charge which makes it not magnetically "sticky" to the case.

Case stopped charging after less than one year. I guess you get what you paid for .

I bought my first set of these headphones around three years ago, the quality was awesome and battery lasted forever. So when they finally did quit on me I bought the same headphones because of how well they held up. My second set lasted less than 6 months, the battery was always dying and randomly would have trouble connecting to my phone. I won't be buying another pair.
