Delivery needs enhancement
The item is amazing, but it was delivered without being kept in a cold place, and it arrived very hot. I’m not sure if it’s still in good condition.

I received the shampoo in very poor condition. The box was opened and creased, and the bottle was placed upside down inside the package. The bottle itself had no seal and a noticeable amount of product was already missing. The scent also didn’t smell like the original — it had a strong detergent/softener-like smell, which made me doubt the authenticity. Very disappointed and would not order this item again.
