These vitamins are supposed to give you extra energy. And they contain all the right vitamins to do that - but I don't think you should expect the energy to start flowing a few minutes after taking these. They're not an energy drink filled with sugar and caffeine after all.Although they do contain a small amount of sugar, but not enough to get you up and bouncing. But you should experience a gradual increase in your energy levels if you take them every day. They contain 100% of the RDA of most of the included vitamins, and 200% of one (not sure why).They are quite tasty - another reviewer suggests sucking them rather than chewing, to get the most taste - so I'll try that tomorrow, (thanks for the tip!) - but even chewed, they are a pleasant, fruity taste.They do stick together in the container, and you have to peel them off each other sometimes, but then that's a small price to pay for being able to have your vitamins in such an enjoyable format.They're well presented and the container has all the relevant information clearly set out. The recommended dose is 2 a day so these would last you for a month.If, like me, you find taking vitamins a hassle, and often don't take because of that, then I suggest you start taking vitamins in this tasty chewy format - you'll look forward to taking your vitamins, I promise!

I had big hopes for these Energy Gummies by Known Nutrition but ended up feeling a little disappointed.On paper going off the ingredients list there's a whole host of really good vitamins & ingredients in them, some of which are actually really good for your body so i'm sure they are helping a lot & doing their thing in the background however things like immune boost & so on i probably wont really be able to notice them very easily.The main draw to these gummies for me was the energy boost sides of things but i'll be honest i didn't really notice any major boosts to my energy levels while taking them even though i've been taking two a day for the last 3weeks.I think its more of a problem with me than the gummies as they are trying to boost my energy levels with natural vitamins & ingredients which is cool as i'm all for healthier ways to stay energised but there's no caffeine in them from what i can see from it.So with me having a really high tolerance to caffeine from years of energy drinks & pre workouts it just makes anything using natural energy ingredients to boost my energy have little to no effects on me, which is why i feel these aren't doing a whole lot for me.Flavour wise though they taste amazing, the mango flavour was really nice however at 44p a serving per day i feel they are a little on the expensive side.They may work better for other people but when I'm having 300mg+ caffeine in my pre workout drinks anything natural is going to have a hard job to even register with me.

They definitely pick you up when you have no energy.
