Naturally product with similar taste to sugar
I like allulose because it is naturally occurring. It is found in figs and raisins. I like that it tastes similar to sugar but it doesn't raise my blood sugar levels. It also doesn't seem to have an aftertaste. Allulose is a perfect low calorie substitute for baking and for your coffee or tea. I like this specific product as it has a good taste and is in a fairly large package so it lasts me a few months.

Great quality and flavor. Texture is fine and not granular. Very sweet.
I need a gluten free Allulose so my options are limited. I really like this brand. The texture is fine (like I like it) and it flows free and doesn't clump. I was buying another brand that I also liked (starts with an An) but I can get 4lbs of this brand for the same price as 3lbs of the other brand. This brand has gluten free on the bag but it doesn't say certified gluten free or batch tested. That makes me a little cautious but time will tell. Will update my review if I feel there has been a cross contamination of wheat.

Measures.like sugar, less addictive
I like this in my coffee and for baking. It measures like sugar and I use it for equal.amounts although the bag says a bit more Allulose for each cup of sugar. It doesn't have an aftertaste like stevia. My family doesn't notice if I do half sugar and half Allulose in a recipe, but the kids don't eat all-Allulose baked goods very well. It doesn't make your mouth water and crave more of the sweet things. It is lower glycemic and healthier. Gradually phase it in for sugar and it may be an easier switch.

Update - will continue to use this product
This was touted as a replacement for sugar. It has a low glycemic index, 0.4 calories per gram, and slows stomach emptying. The thought behind why that is good is that one won’t feel hungry for longer. It is said to taste so much like sugar it cannot be detected by their best taste testers. I have no bones with that. This review is about the product itself. I give FIVE stars to the proprietor who I bought it from.I have to use a large amount (32 grams) in my coffee. I still had to add stevia (I gave up). I added the allulose to a nut butter and it was significantly better. It appears there’s a big difference between it’s sweetening effectiveness between liquids and solids. I bought it for coffee. The kicker is, recall that stomach emptying, it gave me serious reflux. I have a BMI of 21. This is a NO for me.UPDATE: this product took a little experimentation on my part. I was able to significantly lower the amount I used to approximately 8 grams- two scoops and found it has eliminated the reflux effect. The product is not what I would call a 1:1 substitution for sugar but it’s pretty close. I am completely new to using allulose so be aware as I write what I found true for me. I have a lot of experimentation I want to do with it in baking. I like that it has a very low glycemic index and the texture of the product is great. It readily dissolves in liquid. I still use stevia a bit to augment the sweetness of allulose. That may change as I get accustomed to using it. I would recommend trying this product out. The seller was great by the way. Just be aware you may have a brief period of adaptation to using allulose. I seem to have had that.

Good product.
It is not a sweet as sugar but I know it is much better for me and doesn't have an after taste like some other sweeteners do and works well in cookies and cakes.

Allulose Sweetener Lives Up to Its Name
So far I have been very pleased with Allulose. It dissolves and blends in well both in liquids and in baked goods. There is no aftertaste. It is not oversweet like some sweeteners.

Quality is great; product control sucks
I order this on auto ship and when you get a “good” bag, it’s a great product. If you purchase this regularly, you can expect to receive a bag that’s been cut open, full of hard chunks that are hard to dissolve (which I would guess means it wasn’t stored properly).I’d say 80% of the time it’s a good bag. I bake and cook a LOT with this and it’s my favorite for taste and ease of use. It’s not super sweet so it takes about 25% more, but no artificial aftertaste. They make a great product, I just wish they’d put more effort into taking care to get it to us properly. I’d give 5 stars 80% of the time.

Great substitute for sugar!
Huge bag of Allulose. I can't find this product in any store around me. It takes more allulose to sweeten food than if you were to use table sugar.
