I tried to contact support for a warranty. Since whatever store this is, is not actually associated with Samsung they said it was a refurbished model. Nowhere on this side does it indicate it is refurbished. Had I known that I would have just bought a new one directly from Samsung. I've been swindled

In 2015 I bought a Toshiba Chromebook 2 (CB35-C3300) and it was my first foray into Chromebook land. I loved that Chromebook, and after replacing the battery only once, Google abandoned it because it is too old. well, also the charging port connection wore out, so just in time I guess. So I had to find something new. Enter, the Galaxy. I first bought the Galaxy top of the line, AMOLED screen monster, and it just crashed every third time I used it and got really hot so I sent it back. it sure was pretty though. I was very skeptical about trying the G2, toned down version but here I am, writing a review for this Chromebook I purchased three months ago. While the G AMOLED was amazing to look at, this screen is really nice. and just what I need. I spend most of my time on this chatting on newsgroups or watching TV/baseball/movies/streaming etc. I do email and a few documents for my clubs, but it is minimal. Mostly I wanted something with a nice screen for movies, and easy to deal with. So far this has been great. I did get a little worried after reading a review from one person who cracked the screen just from opening the laptop, but, I've not noticed anything different from any other laptop. I open it and log on and within ten seconds I am doing what I picked it up to go do. My Toshiba was absolutely wonderful, and a high bar to cross for a Chromebook. This Galaxy has been a great replacement. Hopefully I will get the full lifespan out of this one like I did with the Toshiba.

It's great so far. Shipping was just a couple days. I almost didn't order because the specs indicate it doesn't have a webcam. But it does, and it's awesome. Much better than the webcam on my HP Probook.

love Samsung Chrombooks. This is terrific! doing my review on it right now! so very cute with the fire red color. The only cons that I can report are you should never drop it. I stupidly dropped it a couple times right on its side and now it seems to be coming apart but still works. That is my fault, but maybe they could make them a little stronger. Also, I use it so much and the area where your fingers go to move the cursor gets worn down quickly. I can still use it of course, but I do not like that I can see the wear on it after only a few weeks. So that is all. Otherwise, it is a terrific little machine and so light I can take it everywhere and very easy to use with the touch screen. The big screen has great color and nice clear and vivid pics and such on the screen....great screen production value! I love it and may have to get another soon....

Love this laptop. As you can see I've already decorated it. (Got the stickers from amazon) the laptop works great! Super easy to set up. Display is great. And I love the red color and lightness of it. I can carry it with me to school and not feel weighed down. 10/10
