It is very good product but kids damage the straw biting it and after a while you need to buy another one. I wish they could sell parts of it as well.

I’ve been using this brand for my very rough son since he was a toddler he has the larger steel one as well they don’t get dints when they fall they keep your drinks cold all day in the summer is the best you don’t have to worry about your kiddos drinks getting hot. It’s leak proof so even if you leave the top open in the bookbag it won’t leak. So worth the money!

I originally bought 3 of these bottles in the stainless steel and one in the plastic. The lids are all the same and on all 4 bottles the handle on the lid has broken in the exact same area. It is a major weak point and a flaw that shouldn’t be difficult for the company to remedy but it appears they are not trying to. For each of the 4 bottles I contacted customer service and was sent not just a new lid but an entire new bottle. While I appreciate their quick customer service this is essentially a waste of product as the bottle portion is useless to keep around without a lid so it is essentially a piece that will end up in the dump. Now that all 4 lids have been replaced once, the lid on the cup used by the smallest person, which is mostly either in his backpack to preschool or sitting on the table for snack time at school, has broken again. I can’t decide if it is worth reaching out to the company yet again about a replacement that will send me yet another bottle when all I need is a lid. I’d say save yourselves the hassle of buying this product until the my have a redesign that fixes the flaw. It isn’t with it.
