Liquid Fungi King Oyster Mushroom Grain Spawn - 1 lb. Ready to Use

Arrived with another spawn bag, a day early. Healthy looking mycelium, not totally colonized but very close. I'm sure it came that way so I got the whole order of both packages together. Still colonized enough to use now but in a few days will be optimal. Very happy

There was a delay ion delivery, was a very small bag, very poor colonization when I added it to the substrate and it did not grow for me. Total waste of money. Will not order from this seller again.

When I received my king oyster grain spawn bag the mycelium appeared to have fully colonized the grain. It was a solid hard white block. I left the clear plastic bag in the box it came packed in. Unfortunately I stupidly left the box open. We then had a cold spell and our un heated house dropped down to near 40 degrees Fahrenheit inside. Apparently the king oyster mushroom likes it cold. I was horrified to find a bunch of mushrooms try to push their way out of the bag. I quickly prepared A substrate of coffee grounds but didn’t take the proper care to keep everything sterile. In the first couple days I could see mycelium spreading from the grain. But now my bag appears to have a been contaminated by tricoderma or cobweb mold. It hasn’t started turning green but I wouldn’t be surprised if it does. At least I had a chance to taste the mushrooms I removed. Yum. YES, I will be buying from LiquidFungi again. Next time I will be more careful.

Not growing, don’t bother waste of money

The spawn was great and well colonized when delivered. The delivery took about a week longer than expected but the quality was there.

Dissapointed in the size of the bag. Beyond unimpressed at how little (almost nonexistent) mycelium growth there is.
