Fantastic product. Very obsorbant. I bought xs for my 4 lb dog and they are a bit big. Angle the tape upward to make it for smaller and downward to gain room.

These are perfect for my 14 lb female poodle. She has night time incontinence due to her heart medications. I have found that a size smaller than what the measurements say works best for her. The only way to keep ANY diaper on her is to make it really tight. The larger size that "should" fit her slides right down her hips, even when put on tight. Miss Mango keeps her diaper on all night long since her cough meds pretty much knock her out, so there's no off and on needed for us. We did try the velcro diapers first thinking they would be best but she wiggles and the velcro pops off every time. I tape these onto her fairly tight and the adhesive tape is really secure. They aren't too hard to remove in the morning and though they are always soaked, we have not had any leakage. The little designs all over the diaper are really cute, too! We've been using this brand for approx 3 months now. I've tried several different brands in the past and these are by far the best for my girl. I won't buy any other now. My only wish is that they came in a larger pack also (maybe 30, as we use one a day).

Well, little miss wrigglebutt, walked like John Wayne then simply slid out of them! I haven’t had occasion to try them again …..yet. But I think, once I figure out how to use them properly, that they will work well. Training may well be involved!
