My Favorite
Humor. Romance. Reality. Long-lasting love. All there in A Billion Reasons Why.Billerbeck spins a fun read but a secret keeps Katie and Luc apart for eight years. I kept reading…every spare minute. The nod to the 1940s was genius. Enriched the story and revealed Katie and Luc’s unique relationship.I’m just sorry I finished. So good.

About what to expect from this genre
I don't like to start reading a book expecting more from it then there will ever be. Christian Romance has pretty much the same thing going on. I really enjoyed this book for what it was, a light read with great characters. There were some annoying parts for example a little to much 40's themed scenes and also weird dancing in the beginning. I really related to the main character in some ways so maybe thats why I liked the book. The only reason I have to give the book 4 stars, is because I felt like two of the characters were a little over the top annoying trying to play their part in the book. If you are looking for an easy romantic read pick this one. Also the cover really drew me in, I wanted to read it based on just that, but the girl's hair color in the book is described as a different colors so if that bothers you don't get this book hehe!!

Twists and turn and lots of fun
As the plot twisted and turned, I found I followed like the tail end of a conga line. It was fun, a bit confusing, a lot endearing and satisfying to the extreme when it ended.

Oh, the banter!
This is one of my favorites by this author. Set against the backdrop of New Orleans and a long and difficult history between the characters, this second-chance romance had me laughing, sighing, and swooning. Highly recommend!

Hopelessly Romantic
This book is all about the chase and forgiveness. Family issues, engaged to a jerk that looks good and the prodigal redeeming themselves.
