My family used these on a recent nine-day camping trip to a place with a fair amount of mosquitoes, biting flies, gnats, and other bugs, especially after a wet winter. Teenage son #1, who is ALWAYS eaten alive, continued to be eaten alive. Teenage son #2, who is typically less bothered by insects, did fine. My wife, who has long avoided DEET and other chemicals, did OK. As for me, I generally get eaten a fair bit, but I sailed through the nine days with only three bites. The dog was initially intrigued by our new smelly wrist collars, but quickly lost interest.So, Teenage son #1 was done with natural products (these bracelets and a citronella-based spray) within a couple days: he covered himself in a DEET-based product and that reduced, but did not eliminate, the bites. Now more than ever, he sings the praises of better living through chemistry and genetically modified mosquitoes that explode when exposed to human blood. Yeah. Teenage son #2 initially thought he needed one bracelet for each wrist, and was stopped before he put one on each ankle too. But, whether it was his body chemistry or the fact that he was wearing two, he was pretty well protected through the nine days. I'm pretty sure he changed them at some point, but whether they lost effectiveness or just got lost is unknown. My wife started with one, then added one on the other wrist, then used a citronella-based spray, and that combo worked for her. Me, I sailed through the vacation with one bracelet and occasional spritzes of citronella spray, partly for the sheer joy of repeatedly saying to Son #1, "I'm not getting bothered by bugs because I'm wearing one of these." That was worth the price right there.So, YMMV but these did seem to work for some of our family, well enough that I would buy them again.

So far no bites! We live next to a river and the mesquitos are horrible. I had so many bites on my legs I thought, I was going to go crazy from itching. Our pool is clean and pump runs all day but they still fly around your face while swimming. The first night I put the bracelet on no mequitos, I took the bracelet off got in pool and the mequitos swarmed me. I got out of pool put bracelet back on and got back in pool, no mesquitos. I tried my best not to get the bracelet wet but I did, the mesquitos still stayed away! I have only had the bracelets three days so we'll see how long they last. They do have string scent but not bad smell.

we have had for a month and they are perfect for when you re just running outside for a short period and don't want to get all sprayed up. He has worn them for longer periods like the afternoon and NO BITES! We keep them in a sealed glass jar and they are still as potent as the day we got them- Highly recommend

Bugs love to bite me! When I'm camping, I become covered in bites from mosquitoes. But that is all history now that I wear these bracelets. Yeah!!! I can finally go into the woods or our backyard without getting a single bite!. These bracelets are great.

I realize results may vary, but I am 100% happy with the effectiveness of these Mosquito Repellent Bracelets. If there is one mosquito anywhere I might be, it will find me! I have only been bit 3 times over the past 6 weeks while out in areas where mosuitos are typical. I am totally sold on this product and WILL purchase them again. :-)

I bought these for my trip to Maui, these don't work because I still got many mosquito bites all over my body even the area close to bracelet, what a joke, the conventional spray works better.

I used this product in Puerto Rico. The picture is of my leg the ONE day I did not wear long pants. I waited until the allergic reaction(hives) I had to the bites to subside before posting my review. These bites are now a week old. These bracelets were Not effective!.

It works very well. I'll buy it next time!

I put one of these on my book case next to my bed, as I usually get bit during the night. So far so good. I haven't tried them outside as yet.

The mosquito bit me a cm above the bracelet on my leg so I'm giving it 3 🌟. No one else got bit but me and I wore a bracelet on both arms and legs. Can't say it worked.

Ordered them last week for a camping trip with my family for the kids to wear. They worked great for the four days we were there. I would buy them again.

I have not used these as yet, I bought them for my nephews and their families for Christmas,so I haven't even opened them. I just really liked the idea for everyone.

Purchased for next year as we never have enough. Looking forward to having them!

I wore four of these at the same time - one on each wrist and ankle - while in NC. My friend's daughter asked me to catch fireflies with her so I put these on before venturing...

I ordered these because I am a mosquito magnet. I enjoy outside activities such as late night ballpark football. These bands fit great, cool colors and work so far!

Waste of money.

Easy to wear, put on take off, put back in bag to use again. Great colors, love the essential oils used. Does not irritate the skin, works very well.

put one on my wrist and the mosquitoes still attacked me. pointless purchase..
