Brilliant physio for hands and fingers
Since breaking hand and wrist a few years ago, continual physio is essential to maintain use of my hand. These provide an excellent level of resistance and provide comfortable exercise for my ligaments.

Good sturdy product
These arrived quickly and were well packaged. There is a good range of firmness between the 4 egg-shaped balls and I found the softest was fine for my hand which is regularly affected by arthritis. I have used it twice today and no after effects. They seem well made and durable. I am very happy with this product.
