Great healthy energy drink powder with BCAAs and a ton of vitamin C
Thumbs up for madrat energy powder. I really liked the previous powdered energy drink mix offered by Madrat and so I am excited to see that the new energy drink mix is back. I am impressed and like the upgraded formula that includes Branch Chain Amino Acids and 1000mg of vitamin C. I mix it w/ 16 to 20 ounces of water and use it as a Pre Workout drink and sports drink alternative for hydration. I mentioned in another review for the energy shot that while fasting I utilize it to help me push through my hunger. I am happy that the product uses premium ingredients, like methyl b12, and natural sweeteners, colors etc.I leverage the energy powder mix to help push through intense workouts while fasting or otherwise. The BCAA’s allow me to get fuel to my muscles without technically breaking fast since I am allowed up to 50 calories by most standards that I have read. This became important because at times during a fast and doing intense workouts I noticed an ammonia scent in my sweat. After doing some research I discovered that without some sort of fuel your body may use muscle as fuel. To avoid this most IF / Fasting resources say to utilize Branch Chain Amino Acids / BCAA’s.Depending on the level of energy and intensity my workout requires I may supplement with more BCAAs added to my sport drink. I’ve added a half to full scoop of Tri-Pep BCAA to my energy drink powder mix and found that it still tastes great (adds a silky feel to it). I LOVE THIS because now I have a goto beverage when I require an alternative healthy energy option when training in MMA, Hiking, Biking or any other high intensity type sports.Mixing: It mixed very easily, I use a blender bottle. But have also used a plain water bottle and mixed fine there too. Its got a red / to pink color.Flavor. It is tangy slightly sweet when mixing one scoop with 16 ounces of water. Perfect drink in my opinion when working out because its not too sweet and it quenches my thirst nicely.Energy - Just the right amount of lift I require. Its a very clean energy lift. Great High Quality Product
I feel terrible that it has taken me this long to write this review! I am a holistic practitioner and was looking for a quality product that did not contain artificial sweeteners or potentially dangerous ingredients. I was also looking for a less expensive product than the one I purchase through an MLM. This is the product I was looking for! Great ingredient list, affordable pricing and wonderful owners with a great story! My husband even liked it! Will buy time and time again.

Floral after taste
Gives me a slight boost of energy but could have a bit more caffeine to keep me going longer. Has a vitamin taste with a weird floral after taste. At first I didn't like the way it tasted but I got used to it after a while.

Good Idea But Tastes Bad
I don't look forward to finishing the jar mostly because of how it tastes. I like other products sweetened with stevia so I don't think that's the issue. Ok energy but nothing great, I'd rather have a diet soda but I'll give them credit for trying to put out an organic wholesome product in a market dominated by chemicals and poo that isn't good for you. Oh well. I like that they included BCAAs.

It has a interesting smell of artificial sweeteners, also taste heavily of stevia. Ice cold water or orange juice makes it much better.

Best of the pack
I've been using the Master Elixr for 1 or 2 years now and I love it. I like using the powder at home and the shots when I'm on the road. It has the best form of B12 (methyl versus cyano). Methylcobalamin B12 is hard to find. Glad to get it here.
