Nice item and very easy to assemble. My chinchillas love the bridge and have been on it since day one. They have ditched their other wooden hideouts for this so they must prefer the additional spacing to cuddle. Very easy to clean. Great buy.

Seller came through and sent me a replacement because my item came broken, great customer service! My chinchilla loves thing!--------------One of the main pieces came broken. I don't want the hassle of returning the entire thing and reordering another one for a much higher price.If it came broken inside the box, I doubt the sturdiness of it and how it would hold up with my chinchilla jumping all over it.

These wooden bridges are cleverly designed and easy to assemble. My chinchillas use them regularly, so once they’ve been chewed beyond recognition, I will definitely be ordering more.

Easy to assemble, comes with all parts needed and a printed out paper with easy directions. Wood is safe for chinchillas, no glue required. Worth $26-$28 but probably not more than that. Durable and will most likely last a long time even with pet chewing.

This is a sturdy product and much bigger than it looks and easy to install on the cage. However due to it attaching to the cage ceiling. It is very difficult to clean. And there is always some chinchilla poop that so can not sweep out of it.

My picky chinchilla absoultely loved this shelf. I saved it even after he passed away bc it was his favorite spot.

My little boy loves it! It showed up quickly and assembly was super easy. I paired it with the blanket he came with from the shelter and it quickly became one of his favorite hangout spots :) I trust the sturdiness and safety of the wood. Miles and I give it 5 stars!
