This is glowing softly because spangle powder are scattered on the mesh. The delicate lace on the periphery is beautiful.

Too sparkly for Mass, in my opinion
I guess it's my fault for not double checking before ordering, but I didn't realize how sparkly it is or how the sparkles shed all over the place. I would try to wash off the excess sparkles, but I think it would ruin the design on the veil. I can't get myself to actually wear this to church because I feel it's a little too flashy and I don't want to get glitter all over my church dresses.
