Good quality item but not as described in the offer
The item itself has good construction quality as any other Yale product. I give 1 star because it is not possible to unlock from outside when a key is on the inside (emergency function) as described in the offer.

Unfortunately item isn’t as described, the emergency lock/unlock does not work if a key is inserted on the other end. Amazon need to stop sending the wrong item to customers, I have also noticed the model number didn’t match the listing.
